Very pricey for a course which is wide open and nobody playing. I understand members play for $60.00 $125 seems like a good rate
Surprisingly bad
Course details cited wonderful view from all holes....not so much. Course was flat, with no elevation, you couldn't see anything. Course conditions were below par. Range looked like it was from the 1940s.
Played it because of price, but next time I'll pay more to play elsewhere.
Poor condition-no upkeep
Below average conditions. Very little upkeep. Looks like they are running out of money.
Not recommended
The course is in disarray. Barely maintained is a better description. There's a sewage treatment plant that is absolutely unbearable when you play the holes near it. I would definitely skip this course..... It was not worth the 150 we paid to play.
OVERPRICED
Course good condition. HOWEVER This is not a $150 course!!!! apparently they are trying to price themselves out of business
Open layout, great weather
The staff were uniformly very friendly and helpful. The cart and rental clubs worked well. The weather was perfect with wide scape views in all directions. Road runner had to be "beeped" off the first tee. Some construction as homes are slowly being built around various holes. The open layout meant I could try out all the clubs, including the driver. Played 18 holes in about 2 hours, as there were very few people on the course. Only comment is that most of the courses in the Cabo area are quite expensive to play.
Super expensive
We thought the course would be in good shape this time of year. It started with the driving rage tee boxes being all beat up and looked like twenty years old. We got there early and hit balls so we asked if we could go off early and they said no even though there were no groups in front of us. Then the entire course smelled like sewage which make sense as there is a was a treatment plant off of one of the fairways. Save your money this course is overpriced and not worth it.
Not worth the money
The course was in poor condition, the bunkers were extremely firm and dry. The smell was the worst, on the back for a few holes it is a horrid smell. The ponds they have installed also spew a greenish water. This was definitely not worth it as there are so many better courses for the money. Only positive thing was the staff were friendly.

I got a hot deal on golf now and I don't even think it was worth that. Course is average.
Tee boxes in terrible condition. Fairways decent. Greens average. Ive played better courses in California for 60 usd.
