Cabo San Lucas Country Club

It was twice as expensive as courses in Alaska! ALASKA. And the greens were in similar condition. Not worth the money, if the round was half the price I would absolutely play again. Fun course layout, just extremely poor conditions.

Probably only worth $50. Don’t be fooled by the name country club. Poor shape for even a municipal

I got to the course a day early because the app changed the day I originally chose. The course had availability when I got there but made me pay to play instead of switching the days. I was not able to play Sunday. I’m frustrated with golf now for switching the day I selected and for the woman in the proshop . The group behind me also had a problem.

The greens were deplorable with many dead spots and several kinds of grass.

The practice tees were mats and were worn and very uneven.

I tried to contact golf now to get it resolved and was not able to. I also sent an email yesterday and haven’t heard back.

Everything about this course was great except the condition. At the rate they are charging they really do need a greater effort from th e Superintendant. However the course layout and location is spectacular and memorable! I might not play again given all the cabo options but glad I played it once. We wife enjoyed even more. The night range is cool too

This course is average at best but pretending to be much more. Not a lot of guidance when we showed up for our first time experience. Someone took our clubs to the driving range and told us how much time we had before we teed off but failed to tell us we need to go into the club house to check in and get a ticket. The driving range was worn out and did not have distance markers. They didn't tell us where the putting green was. Before we headed out we asked if there was beer on the course. They told us it was on hold 6. Nothing there but bathrooms and no beer cart. Had to run in to get drinks on the turn. Not a big deal but why lie. We would have bought some before we left. The back nine was better than the front in my opinion. If you go in the water don't even walk over to look because there is no way you could ever found anything in that water. One hole runs along the sewage treatment plant so plug your nose! A couple holes had some nice views of the ocean but nothing I felt I needed to take a picture of.

The carts are average, no GPS, and no course layout on the score cards. We did get a cooler with 4 waters though.

The best part of this experience was the attendant when we finished our round. He was extremely friendly, offered us more water, cleaned our clubs, and offered to call a can for us when we were ready.

This course is not anywhere near the money they are charging. We played Cabo del Sol a couple days prior for less money and 100 times the experience. We were planning on playing this course again but won't waste our time even for half price. Bottom line, don't waste your money!

Cabo offers many great course and this is not one of them. While the pricing is similar to the others it is not even close to the same quality. Not in great shape (balls plug into the green when it had not rained in weeks), no memorable holes. Absolutely not a $200 course. $50 would be more appropriate for the quality. Don’t play here
