El Tigre Club de Golf

Great course, have been waiting for a decent price on golf now to play this gem. Clubhouse is great and has the best selection of merchandise of all the PV courses but alas everything is wildly overpriced. Had a pre round long island iced tea and it was excellent and good value. On course i found the beverage cart to be too expensive so I only had one drink from them. Was paired up with terrible golfers but i shot the lights out so wasn’t bothered. ps driving range was excellent and the greens were BY FAR the fastest in all of PV, but haven’t played punta mita yet because the head pro is ducking my email.

A nice course with some challenges but not to hard, and when you are on vacation, you want to have fun!

It was an excellent experience, an easy to play and enjoy course whith some challenges and difficulties but a good balance.,, and when you are on vacation, you appreciate that!!!!

Lovely resort style course with some really beautiful holes. There are a couple of island greens which look really great from the tee block.

Fairways are generous and the greens are not overly contoured. The fairways are in very good condition and rewarding. If you miss the fairway, the ball tends to sit down a little making it much harder to control your distances

Green are in good condition, however, were running fairly slowly

Course was in great shape with fast pace of play. Never a bad lie in the fairways. Greens were smooth and rollled nicely but a little slow. Lots of water holes with a good variety of shots required to score well. Definitely going back.

Do not pay attention to negative reviews indicating this course has deteriorated over the years. If that is the case, can only imagine how incredible it must have been back then. Design of course is wonderful and holes are competitive but fair. Wildlife just adds to the beauty

I really liked this course. There are a few difficult holes but it was a nice layout. Driving range was on real grass and the putting practice area was nice.

I was staying near by at the Hard Rock. Checked avail tee time and found hot deal in the afternoon and jumped on it. Had a great time not many people out in the afternoon was able to play 2 balls the hole front nine. Had the course to myself. Great layout. Only show up 1 hour prior to tee time they can’t log you in. Went to the range hit balls went to putting green got warmed up and then was able to get out about 30 minutes early as I told staff I was ready to go if possible. Highly recommended.

Beautiful course, great staff, only complaint is the price of rentals and balls if you are travelling without your own set. $290 pesos for a 3 pack of Callways... lol
