Very nice and fun course but can be tough if you. Any find the fairway. Course conditions were average but nothing watering couldn’t fix. I recommend this course.

I liked the layout but the fairways and tee boxes are in bad shape, bad shape, I understand the heat problem but on some fairways they had water leaks with standing water ? Tee box was so hard hard you had to find an old hole to put your tee in. We had the ideal golf which made it better would not pay full price to play it.

I went to the bar to get a cooler and 3 Diet Coke’s. I got the 3 DC and just a clear plastic bag of ice. No cooler. It melted by the second hole. Someone at course told me they only had 4 coolers. The rest were stolen over time.

I have played this course several times and love the layout. There has been little rain in the area so understand the course would be dry. However, the course was parched the fairways, and rough was terrible. The greens were great and green and rolled nice. That was the only bright spot for the day.

Love the layout, not a long course, but makes you play long irons and 3 woods, verses pounding drivers. Greens were in good shape but a little slow. Due to a lack of rain and apparently issues with there irrigation the fairways are thin. Still, with gold now it was worth playing. once rains come, will definitely play this course again.

Course was beautiful. The greens were readable after the first couple of holes to get accustomed to the speed. There wasn’t a crowd at all on the course. It was not an overbearing length for any of the holes. Birdie opportunities and opportunities to recover after a bad shot are all that I could ask for. Can’t wait to return to this course!

Fairways are like concrete, greens are extremely slow and not cut down like they should be.

The fairways were only fair and not much evidence of watering regularly. However the bent grass greens were great. Quite a few unseen hazards that desroy your game if you don't know they are there.

Beautiful course even in the middle of summer. Love coming here to play!

Picked up a hot deal for $16.00 on a hot summer day. Course was not crowded so pace of play went nicely, was done with 18 and back in air-conditioned truck within 3.5 hrs. The design/ layout is appealing to the eye while also presenting some challenges in the form of a few really tight fairway drives, uphill approach shots, or forced water carries. The overall condition was moderate. There are some dead patches on some greens, some hard-pan tight fairways, and things of that nature. The friendly staff was honest about these issues when I arrived and promised they are working on it.

While I did not expect nor experience a course on par with a 100-200 dollar per round golf course, I will say overall I enjoyed my round, especially the beautiful whitetail doe standing within 2 feet of the green helping me read a putt on number 3.

The practice green will give you an idea of the course conditions. About half of the greens have dead spots so the ball doesn't roll smoothly - fairways and tee boxes are hard as a rock. Played this course several times last year - this is the worst I have seen it.

Beautiful course tucked up near to Eagle Mountain Lake in a brand new sub division. There are a few fairways that are tight with houses on either side and a few that are wide open. Some fairways feature different elevations and trees while others are flat and open. Some of the greens are very small and protected adding to the challenge. The day we played, the greens were choppy so a few four letter words flew freely.

This was my second time playing The Resort .....i was really disappointed in the Green and Fairway conditions not sure if its just poor course management or they just don't want to put more money into making the course a top quality place to play .....if i had to pay a higher price to play this golf course I would take my money elsewhere !

Played on a Saturday with a tee time of 11:52am. Paid roughly 29.00 a person through GolfNow hot deals. Course was not in the best shape, ground is super hard and fairways have bare/sandy spots throughout. All the water in the hazards was dried up. Very tight fairways on every shot with OB or Hazards on either side of the fairways. Too hard of a course for beginners. Greens were bare, bumpy, and sandy. Bunkers were in surprisingly good shape. Played the course once, probably wont play it again.
