Getting Better every round
Texas-9 is my "Go-To" whenever I need to hit the driving range or want to get a quick 9 holes in. The course is challenging, with 3 & 9 being my "kryptonite"...
Since Summer of 2024, the greens on this course keep getting better and better with each visit!!! (last summer they were a mess)
...Anxious for the Grill to re-open.
Golf
Was a little busier then usual so the pace of play always a bit slower but what do you expect on a warm weekend still a great time tho I’ll be back soon!
Awesome Course
This course is amazing with a great staff. Will continue to visit.B.Y.O.B. is the cherry on top!
Best short course in the metroplex
Texas 9 has quickly become my favorite short course among all the ones I've played, and it's undoubtedly the best in the DFW metroplex, surpassing even a certain well-known short course on Trackman. The course is beautifully designed, meticulously maintained, and teeming with wildlife, providing both stunning views and exciting challenges. I can definitely see myself returning here time and again!
A Fun Short Round of Golf
We booked this with our friends and it was everyone’s first time playing here. The staff is great and the practice facilities nice. The greens were over seeded, so they were fuzzy and made it more challenging. Fire ants were everywhere! The course is short and we were able to have a good time in a small amount of time.
This place has potential, hope they get the grass in better condition.
Great potential!
This course has great potential! The layout offers both forgiving and challenging options, depending on the tees. My friend and I were golfing and brought our girlfriends to ride along, and the staff kindly provided a 4-person cart so we could all enjoy the day together. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at any course. My only suggestion for a 5-star rating would be improving course conditions.
Beginner friendly
This course is great for beginners. I take my kids there with me they love it. It's an course that has a little bit of everything, water hazards, bunkers and other natural hazards. Really friendly staff members, clean golf carts and a relaxed atmosphere.
Good Value
This course is decent for the price. The fairways are in great condition, however the greens could use some attention. Great for short game sharpening. The carts are in pristine condition! The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. All around good value! I would definitely play again!
GIANT grasshoppers
Decent, fun par 3 course! But beware - giant grasshoppers everywhere
