Meadowbrook Park Golf Course
About
Meadowbrook is an old 9-hole executive track that some claim dates back to the 1920s. The par 33 layout plays to 2,045 yards from only one set of tees. The best hole is No. 3, which plays 151 yards into a scenic green surrounded by giant pecan trees.
Getting there : From Hwy. 360 south find Abram and turn right (west). When you come to Willis, turn left, then look for the course on the left side of the road.

Casual Golfers Only
This is a course for beginners only. There is virtually no cart path and the heavily trafficked paths are littered with pot holes. The grass length on the greens is as long as the fairway. Poor drainage throughout the course. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are brand new to golf.
I would recommend taking off cart included on the hot deals if they make you pay an extra fee for a cart
Nice for money
Nice course!
Awful
Worst course I have EVER been to. Paid for a cart, was asked to pay an additional cart fee in person. Waited about 40 minutes after my tee time to start. Overbooked and poorly managed. Will not ever be back.
Don’t even get me started on the condition of the greens.
Rough
Yikes. Overall really sad. Years ago this course wasn’t too bad. But now you can really see the urban decay. The “eh who cares” attitude defines the conditions here. It truly represents driving on Abram and observing what’s happening in this neighborhood. Arlington should be ashamed of this entire zip code. Dirty , sketchy, depressing..bulldoze the course, it’s over. Make way for more section 8. Stop avoiding the inevitable. Or START CARING!!
Rough
Look it’s an 11 dollar 9 hole par 3(ish) city course in a rough area. My expectations were very low. I would recommend walking because at least you get some exercise out of it. I didn’t quite understand so many people wanting a cart. Holes are right on top of each other. So beware of your neighbors to make sure you don’t get nailed. Shop manager was really nice though. Prob won’t go back but it’s a good amenity for people who live in the area to go take a walk and kind of play golf.
This is not Meadowbrook Fort Worth
I mistakenly booked this thinking it was for Meadowbrook FW municipal golf course. There is only so much I can say when I only paid $11 and playing in February, but the greens and fairways were in disrepair. The surrounding area is not great. So be warned. And don’t make the same mistake.
ONLY ONE THING!!!!
I understand there is twilight times but when you pay to play and you are way before the time is up the attendant comes and takes up the flags. You then have to play the last three or so holes without any flags for sighting. If the person who is attending wants to close up before the time of players are finished, especially those who are not using driving carts, then maybe he should not be an attendant any longer. This has happen to me several times once we were made to leave before we could finish our 9 hole round.
If that is the way this course runs then there should be given discount rates or money back . All they need are attendants that look at the golfers as customers since we are plying and paying.
Great value course
I am a decent golfer and carry a relatively low handicap. I love a good challenging course and a course I can take my wife and this course is both! Have I played better, yeah, have I paid more? Oh yes by a long shot! This course is a great value and makes for a super fun and affordable round and provides a good challenge for all golfers!!! Definitely give this course a try and remember to play smart, I never tee off with more then an 8 iron.
Decent for the price
If you’re booking a tee time for less than 10 dollars you should know what you’re getting into. It’s not a nice course that’s going to wow you with lush fairways and beautiful scenery but its a good place to practice and get a quick 9-18 in. The pace of play was really fast, it’s a very walkable course which is good because carts are pretty expensive. This isn’t a course to put on your bucket list but for the price I paid I think it was worth it.
Great for the price
Course conditions are not great but the price is very reasonable. Fantastic staff. Course is great for working on your short game.
Subpar
Terrible course for just 9 holes. Terrible conditions
Best bang for your buck!!!
The green fees are super cheap and it says walking only but once you get there you can rent a golf cart or push cart. The greens are turtle backed so they can be a bit challenging but I had a blast. I played 36 holes that day for under $40 including the cart. I will definitely be back!!!
Good for practice
In the case of this course you need to manage your expectations. For the money and the pace of play this is a good place to just get in a round. Bring water.
