Course that Sucks.
The course was a mess. It was mistaken to be an 18 hole. Overall the course sucked.
Good Course, Greens were in very bad shape (trying to fight back against Poana)
I've played here before, and its a fun and challenge Par 3 to help focus on approach shots and short game. This particular day, the greens were about as bad as I've ever seen on a course in my 25 years playing. The majority of greens were about 50% dirt with Poana invading. They gave a discount knowing that the conditions weren't up to par, which was nice. It was obvious that they were in a transition with the greens, and that it was already pretty far gone before they acted to address it. The range and putting/chipping practice areas were great though, and I took my newly playing girlfriend here to avoid crowds on a Sunday morning. It was a great place for a beginner to practice, and in places off the green, the course was in decent shape (4/5) compared to other local courses. The pro shop and other amenities were kept orderly and well maintained. They had a pretty reasonable menu of beverages both with and without alcohol and the golf carts were 5/5. The only big complaint was the greens, and a regular player would not wish to have played on them.

Got there early for an 8am tee time staff was late. There was about 8 groups waiting for them to open the doors. Didn’t have time to hit the driving range. Overall the course was good for a par 3 but the greens were more dirt than green. Probably from the frost or poor management. I would return just would fix those greens
Very Cool Fore A Quick Round
I like being able to see where everyones ball disappears too. I almost bought a new sleeve at the desk but I just borrowed 5 or 6 practice balls from the range and left with one that I ended up throwing in the lake/pond where some other ones like it might be. . My bad I wanna try again though. This time ill bring my own balls and see whats happens.... haha

Great 9-hole Par 3
Par-3 courses have a tendency to be not very imaginative and/or poorly maintained.
Not here. The holes were pretty much all holes you could normally find on a solid 18-hole course and ranging from short to fairly long (220-230 was the longest). Hazards were everywhere. 3 holes required you to clear water. It was one of the most enjoyable par-3s I have played.
Course was not perfectly maintained, but still very good overall.
Go on a weekday morning and you'll be the only ones out there. And you can't beat the price for the quality.
Terrible course/ service
Couldn’t play consistently. Had every other hole closed , terrible keeping. Asked for a rain check and was refused. Didn’t even play 3/18 holes! Would never go back!
This course is bad
If I were you I would just go to the golf range on site. The course is horribly maintained and not worth the money. Overall just bad
Price a bit high.
I watched this course go from top notch to pure goat ranch. Then new owners have taken over since. Much improvements Have already been made to the course however the greens particularly are still in pretty bad shape. while the reason I say the price is too high they wanna charge $20 for cart when right next door after 5 o'clock which is usually when I play in the evening after work at a Premier 18 hole golf course called Waterchase you can play for 25 bucks with a cart so until the courses get back top notch I don't agree with the price at all and don't agree with $18 to walk with a pull cart that's ridiculous wasn't real crazy about sharing course with disc golfers but so far it's OK the way they have laid it out however again I think it's ridiculous to give disc golfers a golf cart when they're carrying a bag of frisbees and we have to carry a bag of steel clubs All golf cart should be left for golfers not disc golfers especially the price we pay to play that little course. The end of the day It's a decent little course to work on your irons and short game.
Sunny day in April
Just a few minutes off of the interstate, #3 on Texas Golf Center course was under construction on this day. Some forced carries exist on holes. A fancier facility than Meadowbrook Park in Arlington; however, Meadowbrook Park has some par fours & tends to be a better value for the price..
Construction
4 out of the 9 holes are closed, but they do let you play as many times as you want. If you go early be careful because the sprinklers come on while your playing. I will go back when all 9 holes are open.
