This course needs work
Poor distance markers.
Marginal facilities
Would be nice to have map of course on the score card.
Pricey for what the course is
Fair course but showing wear and tear
Wide open fairways and fairly fast greens.
Tee boxes need some tlc.
Nice practice areas
Kindness
We were checking in and a gentleman was buying a half bucket of balls he was told he could not purchase balls because he didn’t have a collared shirt. This is a public course. He was not playing the course.
It could have been handled with more kindness and compassion. Maybe next time if you could wear a collared shirt. My heart broke for him.

Greens fast, course fun, welcoming folks in clubhouse.
Restrooms/clubhouse
I finished my round around. 5:30-5:45. After turning in my cart I went to clubhouse to use restroom before I left the course, it was closed. I asked the gentleman at the cart return where the closest restroom was, he told me the Publix supermarket down the round. I couldn’t believe that response. How do you lock up the clubhouse/restroom while you still have people out on the course?
Nice golf course
Course was in good shape. Greens were smooth and the fairways and tee boxes were in good shape.
A decent public course in Naples. Of course in season rates are hard to stomach but Valencia is one of the better values if you can call it that. The staff is great and the rangers actually keep the pace going and are not afraid to tell players to pick up the pace. That is refreshing. If the course was in better condition it would be on an equal with some of the private courses here. Definitely will play it again.
Good enough
If you’re looking for a place to play and Valencia has an available time, take it. Course was in good condition, greens were is good shape. All in all a good experience. A little steep for what you get…..but good enough.
