Could be good
Staff was nice and professional although they did cancel my tee time by accident. Marshall is overzealous in terms of pace of play. We played a 4 hour round but were still constantly hounded. The course itself is un memorable. The subdivision it’s in is bizarrely homogeneous. I was signing ´Little Pink Houses’ from John Mellencamp’s ´ Ain’t that America ´ the whole round.

Not bad - you get what you pay for.
Distinctly average but worth a shot. Wider if the blue tees than the white. Could be good , but green complexes are in interesting. 5/10

only negative was a slow group two ahead of us added 30 minutes to the round; nice day, good course

Great course
This course is in excellent shape. There are multiple tees to hit from depending on your level of golf. We played as a couple and joined with another couple. Good pace of play and just enough trouble to keep it interesting.

Played white tees but should have played blue off 7 handicap.
Kept waiting 10 mins to start for group that missed their 1.08 tee time two off which were beginners . Eventually they split into two two balls and slow two finished on 9th . 2 1/4 hrs for front 9 but only 1 3/4 hrs for back 9 hence we finished at 5.25pm before dusk . Great greens though!!!
