Valencia Golf & Country Club

Starter was rude, arrogant and seemed to be incompetent compared to any other starters we've interacted with over many rounds in several months and past years.

They need more Restrooms and or PortoJohns on the course. As a male not a problem , but the women I played with it was. Also THE TURN should have a Decent facility and convenient so as not to hold up play ….BTW Rangers we’re out at every 3/4 holes to keep pace . Great GC and I will play again .

Cost was great shape. Staff was friendly from starters to pro didn’t have a chance to do the beverage area. Otherwise very happy.

Drenching rain and high winds today. Had to pack it in after 7 holes. Pro-shop was helpful in processing a rain check. Had to contact Golf Now who were very helpful and processed a credit for 9 holes, not sure why not the full 18 but was appreciative for the credit granted.

This. Course. Gives you the opportunity to score as the fairways are not narrow but trouble awaits everywhere if you spray the ball.

I found that out on two par 5's where I put the ball in the water and messed up trying to recover.

That said I really like this course.

My wife and I have been playing Valencia for several years on our annual winter vacation. It is typically in good condition. It can be challenging, particularly if you opt to play from longer yardages. The greens all have some type of ridge or tier that forces you to be in the correct part of the green to have a good chance of making your putt. There is water, but it only tends to come in play on extremely wayward shots. Our foursome did not lose a single ball. A warning, if you play in the afternoon, the clubhouse may be closed when you finish your round. So use the bathroom on hole 15.

Nice conditions considering the drought in Florida at this time. Greens were true, fairways were good.

Compared to other public courses in the Naples area Valencia has better than average condition. Course is still green even with the lack of rainfall this season. Back nine is much more picturesque than the front side. Considering how expensive golf is in this area Valencia is a great buy especially if you can wait till the late afternoon.

The course was in great shape fairways and greens. Pace of play was good 4:15

Decent course for Naples public golf which is iffy and way overpriced.

Got a GN "deal" for $129. Course was in very nice shape, greens rolled true. Plenty of tees to find your desired length.

Right up there with Spanish Wells as the best conditioned courses I played in the Naples area.
