Sienna Plantation Golf Club

Never been here before, but a lot of the courses lately have been in terrible shape, so I thought I’d try this one. I was pleasantly surprised. It was in great condition and the greens were fast. I will definitely be back

I was pleasantly surprised how course conditions have improved since the last time I played there. The only complaint I had pace of play was slow. On the last two holes two groups joined and slowed down even more. Unfortunately this happens when golfers have lack of etiquette. I will return the greens or rolling nice.

Probably the only course in Houston area still not allowing outside coolers, I offered the kid at the register to look through my cooler cause it was only ice and water, still wasn’t allowed to bring it in. Water coolers were all empty and the cart tires were almost flat. Pace of play was not great, there is never any cart girl so it’s only a matter of time before someone has a heat stroke out there. Course conditions are good not great, but it’s Houston summer so I’ll let that slide. The staff here treats people like it’s Augusta national in the 60’s, in other words if you’re white and appear rich you might get treated fairly other than that good luck. I live in sienna, and I’ll be going to quail valley golf course until Sienna gets a new management company.

Great Arthur Hills layout. In residential area but houses are seldom in reach even for me. Staff is doing what they can to cope with heat. Greens and fairways are good but some bunkers need attention. Definitely a great asset to community.

6 hr game......crazy. Marshall does not regulate number players and does nothing to speed up place of play. we have people hitting into us and the course ignore the warning. worst service and condition.

The greens are in better shape than a year ago, but a good amount of work is still needed on the course. 1/4 of the tee boxes are patchy at best and most of the bunkers were unplayable. The course layout is fun. Would be great if ownership cared to make it a higher quality experience.

I found that some of the greens have quite a bit of damage it might be people not fixing their devits

Love the layout. Well designed course fits all levels. In a residential neighborhood but houses are hard to hit. A fair amount of shot variety and 18th hole is rather unique. Turf maintenance could use some improvement but new sand now going in bunkers will really help. Food in grille is excellent and staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The course is in good shape right now. I like when fairways firm up and the course runs out. Tee boxes were trim and greens were decent.

I enjoyed playing the course. The tee boxes could use a little TLC, the greens rolled really nice but crabgrass is starting to grow especially around the edges. I will be back to play this course again.

The course had deteriorated a lot in the pass years, there are fairways with cracks, bunkers are in bad conditions, some greens are not in the best shape.

Played this course a few times. Not a bad track and in pretty good shape. Couple issues I have is no coolers allowed but no beverage carts running? Also pace of play was slow. Course is in pretty good shape and greens were super fast and hard to read.
