About
The Arthur Hills/Mike Dasher-designed Sienna Plantation is a flat, wooded course that has been enhanced to provide elevation changes. The result is a challenging track that rolls between lakes, creeks, and the native hardwoods that dominate the landscape.
In terms of playability, you'll primarily notice the abundance of risk-reward decisions that are required throughout the round on this course, which tips out at 7,151 yards.
Out of the chute you'll be challenged immediately-the opening two holes play as a 427-yard par 4 and a 601-yard par 5. It lightens up a bit on holes 3-4 with a reasonably short par 3 and a short par 4, but holes 5-8 can blow your score up quickly if you're not on your game. No. 6 is a monster 251-yard par 3 sandwiched between two 450-yard par 4s.
On the back it's more of the same, with the nine opening with four 400-yard plus par 4s. Both par 3s are over 200 yards, and the par 5s are each well over 500 yards. The only real birdie opportunity for the average handicapper is the 320-yard No. 16.
Getting there : Take Hwy. 59 south to the Williams Trace exit. Turn left on Williams Trace to Hwy. 6. Turn left and drive 5.5 miles to the Sienna Plantation main entrance. Turn right and follow the signs to the Information Center.

You Gotta have that Swing!
Bring your a-game to play this course. The greens were a BIT TORN UP IN PLACES BUT VERY FAST CONSIDERING THE CURRENT WQEATHER.
Great course
Surprisingly very challenging! Advice playing one tee up unless you really want a challenge or shoot 70-80s regularly.
It’s a very unique course, I recommend it!
Pace of play
Course was overall in good condition. Pace of play was horrible 5 hours and 45 minutes. Kids teeing off multiple times in the middle of the fairway. Staff member at the pro shop seemed too careless about the issue.

Grounds were a little hard this time, other then that still a lot of fun still...Definitely coming back...
Hard and fast greens
Not much of tee box differential for women making it long for women. We enjoyed playing the course and the staff was friendly and accommodating to us even though we were late!

Waste of money
We played Sienna and we got a cheap rate so we thought we got a good deal but the course conditions were not worth the drive over there. Standing water everywhere because it’s obviously they don’t care about the course. Had 4 down trees that looked like they have been there for months. It’s not worth the 15 min drive

Nice layout Sanded Aerated Greens
Played for second time last week. Rain has helped fairways green up well.
Course has a wide open layout good for beginners to intermediate golfers Some holes are very short but have challenging greens
The rain negatively impacted bunkers with hard sand
Once the aerated greens grow in I would recommend the course
Food with a draft beer was excellent and fair priced.
Tough.......but fun
Tough course, especially for beginners, but a lot of fun. Will definitely go back
Course getting better
Quick review. Looks like they are trying to make improvements. Fairways and greens were being heavily watered. New grass in bare areas!!!
Will return in a few weeks and see if maintenance is continuing.

Always liked the layout. Course conditions were average at best.
Absolutely the worst pace of play I have ever experienced. No Marshall. 3.5 hours through 12 holes. Did not finish.
