Teravista Golf Club

Totally good shaped and well managed course and not far from residential area. Practice range is also good and dinini ng hall is awsome !

Fairways were green and a bit firm - played fast. Sand traps were terrible - no sand packed clay. Greens were alright but players/members are not repairing ball marks thus dead spots. Tees weren't level and it reduced teeing options. Course layout is very interesting and fun to play.

This was my second time to play the course here at TeraVista and it was great. From the practice facilities to the greens every thing is in great shape. This is a moderately easy course as the fairways are wide but the greens have some undulation that requires a steady hand and a good eye to see the breaks. Golf Now has some great deals on this course and I would highly recommend taking advantage of the price.
The carts have GPS included along with a ball and club washer if needed. I would love to play this course more in the future.

When this course is in good shape it's as fun to play as any in town. The course design has lots of character and there's only one hole that's impacted poorly from the homes thy run along it. (The Par 5, 5ths holes tee shot is ridiculously hard because of the way the landing are scrunches in from the homes on the right. The greens were long, bumpy, and slow. They had been punched WEEKS ago and they just stunk! But the staff was friendly as all get out, the range and practice are are awesome!

The course is in great shape. Fairways are great and the greens roll true. Greens normally at a 9-10 on the stint..they were rolling at about a 7-8 it seemed. Pace of play was great. 40-33 from the blues.

The greens were a bit slow and the bunkers needed serious work. For $70 Saturday play, the greenskeeper needs to be attending every inch of that course. That's when your money is being made!

Like a challenge of target golf & not just swinging for the fences each tee shot then Teravista is the place. Played from the blue tees (6600+ yds) & it's not the length so much as you need to avoid the many fairway bunkers on almost every hole. Good mix of doglegs & forced carries to make you plan for 2nd shot while hitting the 1st. Par 3's are long & guarded so accuracy is a must. Par 5's are long & tough. Water comes into play on alot of holes as well. Greens were in great shape and rolled very true. Was able to play with a Golfnow Hot Deal and it was well worth it as this is a high-end daily fee course. Carts had GPS, staff got me out ahead of my tee time and the course was in top shape.

I got lucky again! Whenever I am in town I try to play Teravista because it is always a treat compared to other courses open to the public, by far better than most.

This was my first time to play Terra Vista and I enjoyed it immensely. The course is a nice layout, with great practice facilities, is well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

hadn't played the course in a while. great fairways and greens and the bunkers are well maintained, i spent a little time in them. lol

THE FAIRWAYS ARE GREEN AND CUT VERY NICE BUT ARE HARD AS ROCK, THE GREENS ARE NOWHERE EVEN NEAR PRESTINE. IF YOU CAN CONSIDER PRESTINE SAND THAT IS PAINTED GREEN THEN THIS IS THE COURSE FOR YOU!!

I WOULD SAY IT IS SAFE TO SAY HALF THE TEE BOXES ARE UNEVEN AND MAKE TEE'ING OF DIFFICULT AT TIMES CONSIDERING YOUR DRIVING THE BALLS 3 INCHES HIGHER THEN WHERE YOU ARE STANDING.

LAYOUT OF THE COURSE IS EXCELLENT! WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED! THE CARTS WITH GPS ARE AWESOME! THE GPS IN CART ALSO ACTS AS AN ELECTRONIC SCORECARD THAT EVEN ALLOWS YOU TO EMAIL IT TO YOU WHEN FINISHED.

I DO NOT THINK THIS COURSE IS WORTH $40-$85 AT ALL IN THE SHAPE THE GREENS ARE IN NOW. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY STATED THE GREENS WERE IN THIS CONDITION BEFORE WE BEGAN PLAYING.

This was a fun and challenging course. The course sits up on higher ground. Open fairways, but a bunch of wind.

Teravista has always been a favorite Austin course, but due to the recent rains and the attention of the greenskeeping staff, the course is in absolute perfect condition!

Course is in great shape, I love the GPS and the staff is the best! Best course in town in my opinion.

This piece of land is excellent for golf. The fairways and greens are in great condition. A few of the tee boxes are uneven but the grounds crew are actually working on them as we speak. You won't be disappointed playing this course.

My tee time was for 4:48 PM for $25 on a Tuesday Evening. I made the tee time for myself via Golfnow, but then called theourse to see if they would allow my girlfriend,who doesn't play golf,to ride in the cart along with me. They were happy to oblige.

I ended up getting paired with 3 other players that were part of a league that plays often out there. They were helpful with course tips and overall a pleasure to be around.

The course itself was in very good shape. The fairways were for the most part very smooth and green with the occasional hard patch of ground. The Greens themselves were very smooth and true to roll for each hole. Every ball that hit the green stuck with consistency.

Overall I feel as though the price was fantastic for the amenities that the course offered and the shape it was in. I would easily recommend this course to my friends and family.
