I've played this course many times and it is usually in good conditions, especially the fairways and greens. Tee boxes have had issues for a while. But this July 4 we played and the greens were punched and frankly, horrible. I wish we had known because the Holiday/weekend rate of $89 is way too high for a course with bad tee boxes AND bad greens. Honestly, not really puttable. I realize this is necessary for the long-term health of the course, but the rate should reflect the conditions of the course - it was not worth $89.

1st time playing here. I only have 2 grievances on the course. The pace of place was slightly slow. My group of 2 had a Saturday 9am tee time. After the first couple of holes, we ended up having to wait 3 to 5 minutes each hole for the group in front of to finish up. Our pace if play was ~4.5 hours. This is considerably better than the Avery Ranch, Teravista, and Falconhead tee times. I would compare the quality of this course to those. My second "grievance" is that some of the fairways were really hilly. So not really a knock. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly and upheld course rules. The Marshalls and beverage cart came around very frequently. The greens were maybe the best I've played on in austin. I'll be back soon!

This course used to be a great value, now it’s overhyped overpriced

We paid a rather high $89, assuming it was the highest weekend/holiday rate. The greens had been punched and were not good at all. This course is barely worth this rate when the greens are good, but certainly not when the greens are bad. The tee boxes are also not good. The fairways were generally ok, but hadn't been mowed and were a little long. The pro/staff are very friendly, but I wish we had known the condition of the greens... should have asked.

Great layout but the condition of the course was terrible. Dead spots and weeds everywhere. Looked like it hadn’t been watered in a month.

Course was in good shape, some rough spots but what course doesn’t have some in this Texas heat. Only real complaint was the older gentlemen in the shop was constantly on his phone while checking me in but all the other staff was extremely nice.

Above average greens as far as public golf in Austin. Some rough patches here and there throughout the course but that’s Texas golf.

Fun course, nice layout, greens and fairways in great shape, tee boxes need work, but it’s been hot and no rain for awhile.

This course is in pretty good condition, the greens rolls nicely and has plenty of dog legs. I also love the amount of water and at this price point I would say it is one of the best options in the area.
