El Rio Golf Course in Fort Myers is a player-friendly layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. Very bad experience
The whole golf course seems to be very crowded since the holes are very near to each other. Therefore the pace was ridiculously slow and we quickly lost the fun. The condition was overall okay but nothing special. Would not recommend.
Poor planning
Course took to much business than ran out of carts and waited 45 min after starting time finally left

Fun and Short.
Short , Open Course. Great Value and Great Staff. Not busy on a Sunday. Would definitely go back.
Executive Clemency
If you are a beginner or intermediate golfer working on your short game this track is just right. Enough water & traps to keep you focused but not overbearing so some courses.
Best bang for the buck in the north Ft Myers area.

Best bang for the buck
SW Florida golf rates during peak "snowbird" season have spiked and it can be difficult to find reasonable green fees. El Rio is a fun track that won't "break the bank" & is fun to play & work on your short game.
Give it a try when you are in the area.
The staff is also very friendly.

Pace of play was a little slow, but no complaints. It was a beautiful day to be out.

Expect slow play as many non golfers play this course. Easy and short.
