Just OK
The course was just OK. The tee boxes were OK, the greens were good for the most part and fast. The fairways? They are in desperate need of rain - watering them isn’t enough. Every fairway shot was a tight lie shot. The pace of play for a Saturday was as expected. - our twosome took just over 4 hours. The layout was just OK at the same time. The staff was very friendly as well.
Hospitalized
Did not play the course this day. Ended up in the local hospital for personal health reasons. Life happens sometimes. Have played the course in the past. Nice layout. Usually in fair condition and a great staff. Will book again
Lake diamond
Always have fun at this course there are a lot of trees so make sure you shoot straight bring a few extra balls with ya.
Over all a great place to play golf
Good value
Liked this course, it was challenging but not too much. Greens played medium fast but true. 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours.
Great Time
The course was in good shape. The weather was perfect. My group had a great time. The course is moderately difficult for me - handicap 19 - shot 90, which is about what I expected. I live and play golf quite a bit in The Villages. Your greens are smaller and more undulating, which makes them a lot of fun to putt on.
Could be so much better
The best part of the course was the greens. Firm and quick. They are very small and difficult to hit, but if you do, you have a putt at birdie.
Fairways were terrible. Need a lot of love.
Tee boxes are rough but playable.
Bunkers are OK. I played from two green side and one fairway bunker.
Sad thing is, giving this layout, this course could be so much more.
Why don’t more courses in Florida use Zoysia grass for tees and fairways.
Great course for the money
Love this course chances to see wildlife such as turkey, deer and alligators. Laid back atmosphere and course is in decent shape
Good Value for the money
I’ve played this course a few times and there are never any issues. The course is fun and challenging and well kept. For the money, you can’t beat it.
Fun course and women friendly
Being a senior female and not being able to drive the ball as far, the orange tees are wonderful and the course layout is great!
