First need to inform grounds staff to clear fairways and greens when golfers present. Very hard to play when mower on the green (he did see us) and continued to mow then followed us next hole to do the same thing. Greens ok fairways very rough and patchy. Luckily I got it on a hot deal.

This course is in need of some serious maintenence. Cart paths are very poor and the fairways were covered with goosegrass weeds. The greens were in very nice condition. It is a seriously funky layout that makes it hard for a first time player to figure out some shots. Try to hook up with someone who knows the course the first time you play here.

Enjoyed the course very much and the greens were excellent. Only two things that we found to be negative was that on many of the holes straying just off the fairways resulted in rough so high it was nearly impossible to find one's ball. Searching in the high growth made it not only impossible to find the ball but also slowed the round down greatly and holding up others. The other negative was the first time we played the water coolers had cold water, this time when we played the coolers were empty. It's FL so water should always be available. Lost several balls in thick rough. Greens are tough

but in great shape . Course has taken a hit this summer probably due to the drought. Still fun to play!, great layout. Everyone very friendly!

Nice Greens. They were in great shape but the rest of the course needs help. But really friendly staff.

Great course that isn’t super expensive but good quality. Has a laid back environment. Great drinks. Great bartenders and cart girls.

The course is in great shape. The crew has done a fabulous job. Played there couple weeks ago and it is in better shape now than then and I bragged on it then.

Drove down from Gainesville while visiting my parents and played yesterday for the first time. I loved this course. It is wonderfully unique by comparison to most Florida courses. The layout is fun and interesting and the 6 sets of tees offer a great experience to all levels of player. The greens were in great shape and feature lots of undulation. You’ll want to stay underneath the hole when possible. Tees were in pretty good shape and pretty level. The struggles here are the same as most public Florida courses. They’re battling from the dry spring and the weeds had ample opportunity to grow in before the Bermuda could push them out. There are patchy spots and the rough is hit and miss, but again, very similar struggles to other places. That said, no shots were impacted by lack of grass (also, if you feel like you need that to hit good shots, maybe pay for some lessons instead). This place needs to be shown some love from the community and get some more play so that they can afford to give it what it needs to be great again. This is truly a wonderful track and it would be a shame to see it go the way of so many other courses. I will definitely be back!

This course was in fantastic shape. Tee boxer on a couple places need water - nothing serious. Fairways and greens were really good.Snack bar and pro shop personnel were on top of their game and starter was spot on. Highly recommend this course

Greens are mint. Great layout. Fairways and tee boxes need work.

Greens were slow but in great shape. Great layout if you like dog legs.

Greens are in good condition. Fairways and tee boxes are in poor shape, (especially on the front nine) Cart paths are a joke, with pot holes that could break your back! Many of the sand traps have no rakes so there are footprints everywhere in those traps. The course itself is very challenging, it's just too bad it's not in better shape.
