Ocala Golf Club
I found out when I checked in the course was a municipal course (City owned) I was pleasantly surprised by the course conditions. Very high quality conditions on the course almost a private quality conditions. Greens were very receptive and had some speed to them. There were patches on some greens that needed attention but overall the course was in very good condition. I will definitely come back again and play and maybe bring some friends next time! Kudos Ocala Golf Club!
Enjoyable Golf
Always in great shape, with many different tee boxes to provide all levels of golfers the challenge that they want.
Poor Course Maintenance
Never played here before. Tried b/c it was a Hot Deal. Pace of play was slow. No grass under your ball in the fairways. The rough is weeds, bare spots and tree ruts. Greens were surprisingly decent. Just no fun constantly hitting off hard pan to get to them. Walked off after 4 holes. Won’t be back.
Great place to play!
We enjoyed the golf course! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The course was challenging but enjoyable!. We will return to play here!
Friendly fun course
Course was in excellent condition, played a quick 3.5 hr roud with a foursome. Greens are in excellent condition, a bit fast. Starter was very helpful gave several tips for playing the course for the first time!

Great place to play
First time at the course and it was great! Only wish there was a ranger reminding people about pace of play. We were a twosome that followed a foursome all day that didn't let us play through even with no one in front of them. No fault to the course though. The facility was fantastic and I am eager to return!
Will be great
The greens were some of the best I have ever played. Plenty of undulation and smooth as a pool table. The fairways were not over seeded and the grass was very sparse. The best lies were in the rough. When the summer grass grows in, the course will be excellent = as usual.
Great day
First time playing this course and we enjoyed the layout. Liked the elevation changes and that the ball was in play even with bad drives on most holes.
Very Nice
The day we played was nice and sunny. We had a great time. it was more open than some we had been playing.
We will be going back to play again soon.
