Talk about letting a course go
First the good - decent rate on Golfnow and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Now the bad - the course is a disaster. Crabgrass, weeds, sand and dirt spots everywhere including the greens. Cart paths are cracked and broken everywhere. Tee boxes are a mess. Par 3s are all water carry with no options to get around. Water level is low almost everywhere- making it more like a swamp than lakes. Traps were compacted - it was like hitting off pavement. It’s a shame considering previous reviews.
Love playing this course!!!
You’ll see mixed reviews about this course, but honestly it’s a great course and a real challenge. Greens are crisp and fast and the fairways look the best I’ve seen it since starting playing here in 2022.
I am a consistent 7 handicap and get challenged on this course every single time I play it. Also has a great halfway house and 19th hole!!
Cart guys are great, willing to help, and they just got brand new carts that are the best ones around here! ENJOY!
GREAT VALUE, FUN COURSE, WELCOMING STAFF
New owner is taking pride in making improvements to the course and other areas (like brand new carts). Classic Florida course with water but not too tight off the tee, so it's great for coming down from NY when a little rusty. Price so good we Played 36!

Greatly Improved
Course conditions continue to improve. The greens are lightning fast. The lack of a true range and practice facilities remains a drawback.
Super golf course in a beautiful environnment.
It was our best choice in this area! The course is challenging and people are so smart and respectful. The clubhouse is very nice and clean. We will go back, sure! Bravo.
Not worth cost this time of year
Course staff is always friendly. Carts are new and comfortable. Unfortunately this course just never seems to improve any of their fairways, bunkers, and worse the greens. Most greens were in bad condition. Some bunkers never seem to have maintenance done any time of year. A fun course layout but unfortunately the course doesn’t match the price, especially during winter pricing.
The tee boxes need work and the sand traps are way too deep. On the plus side, the fairways and greens are mostly in good shape and the entire staff is friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
Enjoyable day
We enjoyed the course very much. Pace was excellent and course was very playable. There are a few aspects that need some attention but overall I recommend this course.
Fair for the average person
Fairways were fine, greens rolled well, bunkers were in good condition. Tee blocks were decent.
Carts were brand new, very comfortable.
Proshop staff, marshall , and bag drop staff were all helpful. Good value for time of day, 11:45.
Will play again for sure. Nice clubhouse, bar & grill, facilities. 3 hr 15 minutes round!!
Look somewhere else
WOW bad across the board. Cart felt and sounded like it was about to fall apart. Facilities and course needs attention.
Keep driving to another course…..
