Yes, it could be in better shape but the fairways have plenty of grass on them and we played winter rules and we’re just fine. there’s a little crabgrass here and there on the greens, but only one or two of them, and for the most part, they rolled smooth. I had a nice time and really loved the layout. I could take out the driver and bang it. I didn’t have to hit something short of the water, so it was not target like some other courses in Florida. The houses were far enough to the side with trees in between, so you didn’t really see them all that much, just a nice solid old school course to play golf where you rarely had houses on one side and Water on the other side. I would say it’s the perfect round if you’re coming down to Florida for the winter on a vacation to put maybe first on your list because the Fairways are super wide and there are some really really nice par threes where you have to carry over. Water… And the people are super nice.

Had a great day playing with my teenage boys. Good pace of play. Nice warm up cages. Friendly midpoint concessions and cart girl. Really enjoyed spending part of my day here. Great price for 9 holes.

Glad to see the course getting better every time we have played!

This being my first round at the course was very good experience. The course played rather challenging and would expect to have a better experience on my next round.

Considering all the rain the course condition was good

We were a twosome so we expected to be paired up but we were able to play as a twosome , so the pace of play was great.

Like every public course the greens need work but they played fast and true.

I played the course today. I was very disappointed. The course is in ver rough condition. Lots of crabgrass in fairways and on greens. It’s a fairly nice layout and the course has potential. But it wasn’t worth the price. I won’t play again unless conditions drastically improve.

First thing it has no driving range to warn up at, but does have 2 hitting nets. I played it late morning after an evening rain and course doesn’t drain well, 70% of my shots plugged. Course really should not have opened, carts were 90 degrees and were tearing up the fairways. Also many of the groups were not following 90 degree rule. You can tell the course has been abused for years. Bunkers are lucky to have 1 inch of sand before hitting clay base layer, also no prep of bunkers before play started. I can only imagine how great it was when it was properly cared for. Also the epidemic of people hitting into each other also exists at this course., like so many others these days.😞

Come play here for a good round of golf with a great staff!!!!

3 hr 15 minute round. We were a 2some and plates through a friendly 4some of avid golfers, no problems.

Halfway house open and served good on course food and beverages, thx.

Cart staff were friendly and attentive.

After the round enjoyed a cold beverage and appetitezer in bar. Nice ambience

Golf course was in good shape . Greens were sandy but fast. Staff inside and outside are terrific.
