Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

I used to play this course a lot before covid hit. First time I've been back in over a year. I was extremely disappointed in the shape of the course. The fairways used to be nice but now there's weeds everywhere. The bunkers have no rakes and most of them have weeds growing in them. The greens were ok. They ran around a 10. We did eat after the round and that was the best part. Erin was very nice and attentive. The food was good and was delivered within 10 minutes. Not sure if I'll be returning.

Néw owner working to bring course back. Greens beat up, but better. More grass in fairways, but a ways to go. Several bare tee boxes. Bunkers in poor condition. Good layout. Love to play here. Hopefully course continues to improve.

Course was in pretty rough shape. Tee boxes were without grass and it was difficult to tell the difference between fairway and rough. However, for $25 for 18 the value was good. Read it was under new management, so hopefully will comeback.

Amazing experience. Course was in great condition and all staff were extremely pleasant. The food bill was a bit high though. $22 for a beer burger and a hot dog.

Course was in a poor condtions. Fairways-not mowved and had weeds throughout. No rakes in the bunkers.Greens were playable and fast. Was an awful round and experience.

Greens were in good shape but apparently the course just changed ownership and the last owners did a horrible job of maintaining it, hopefully the new owners will get it to where it needs to be but that’s way off

The the golf course was in pretty bad shape. The greens were so so without any bald spots. But I knew this before I went in. I was just finding a green spot to hit my ball from cuz this is the second time in a year since I played golf. I was not concerned as much about the golf course it was about getting my swing back. If you want to practice on a 18 goat track this is the place

Tee boxes, fairways, and bunkers are really bad but the greens were ok. They say it will get better soon.

Martin downs was neglected for a long time but the new management has a few weeks under their belt and a drastic change has been noticed. This course needs a little time and love but no doubt will bounce back. The tee box's have been neglected but the fairways have started to green up and fill in. The Greens are still in good shape and roll well (a little slow) but hold true to their line. Rome wasn't built in a day and you cant fix years of neglect over night but I look forward to this course returning to its previous form.
