Crane Watch Club

Course is in very good condition, most greens are excellent with some needing a little improvement but nothing major. Very nice layout. Many improvements are in the process of getting done. Staff is very friendly. Kendall at the starters desk is awesome, super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of the course. He deserves a raise!

Nice track that seems to improve each time I play it. The new ownership has spent money to improve the course conditions and they have modified several holes on the back 9, which currently makes the back nicer than the front. The staff is helpful and very polite. Like playing at a club. Range, practice green and practice chipping green are all nice. For those looking for an enjoyable round, on a course that actually has holes that require the player to move the ball in both directions and above average green conditions, this is your track.

Generally good condition. Areas around greens could be cleaned up. Only complaint is pace of play. Just have a ranger move people along or instruct slow groups to let others play through. Kudos to the guys that unload your bags and clean clubs. Super friendly.

IT APPEARED THEY UPGRADED THETEE BOXES AND GREENS! MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS NO GPS ON CARTS!

Really enjoyed our round. The course was in very good shape for this time of the year. We are planning to go back next week. Fun layout with plenty of water hazards and greens/fairways were in good shape. Nice range.

I am always impressed on what the owner and grounds manager is doing to the course. They are spending their money and time in all the right ways. Amazing that the new ownership has taken over 3 years ago and how far they have come

This course will rob you and charge your debit card without even asking. The staff is unfriendly and it’s not worth the money. Plenty of other better courses that are cheaper. I booked the round for a 4 some but had 2 buddies that couldn’t make it. Instead of the club talking to me before hand they just went a head and charged my debit card for the 2 additional golfers. When I went to ask about it I was basically told to pound sand. Golf now wouldn’t try to help me out either. The course isn’t even nice for what they charge and the pace of play is pathetic. Plus half the time your cart will die halfway through the round. I will never play here again now which is sad because we used to play it a couple times a month.

Nice course, well conditioned, greens putt true. Beware of a tight back nine. Good value.

This was the second time I played this course. The course layout and conditions were fine. I’m used to regular grass up in NY, not whatever they use down here. But that’s my problem. The first time was fine. There was a frost delay about an hour.. the starter moved me up to the first group and we played in three hours, great. The second time I had booked a 7:24 tee time.. I got there when I was suppose to but the course had me down for 7am. So the starter sent me out by myself behind 3 foursomes.. I was so aggravated waiting on every shot that I quit after 9 holes..
