Good value
This course has a nice layout. It is a good value. The staff are friendly. The course was crowded and pace was slow [3 groups on a par 3]. Kind of expect it after Feb 1st. I would play there again.
Worth it
Great condition and they are still working on it. Very player friendly. Very enjoyable round!
Nice course, lousy pace of play
As a twosome, got behind ,4 players who would not let us thru. Other than that a pleasant day on a course that looks to be improving
First Time Playing the Course
First time. Pricey but a fine semi private facility that's friendly, in Stuart, has tight and firm fairways that roll out and firm fast greens. Undergoing some oncourse changes on the back nine
.played standard tees. 90 percent of people would find it satisfying. They are up tees that play just under 6000 yds. All you want. If you're a big hitter, all the par 5s are gettable. Three woods on short par 4s highly recommended.
Fun course
Needs some more matureing.Give this course 6 more months, everone will want to play it.Keep those green fees down.
Disgusted!!!! PLEASE READ
The course was in decent shape. Extremely slow play with people hitting into us on almost every hole. I golf 4-5 times per week and have played golf for over 30yrs. The young staff helping out at the bag drop were absolutely great.
Where this day went completely wrong was when they tried to pair me up with a stranger (sharing a cart). The issue is I golfed here the day before and was able to have my own cart. I spoke to them to see if that was possible for the next day and they said “yes of course”.
You might be asking yourself why having my own cart is so important. Well I had a complete organ (liver) transplant performed just over a year ago. Due to the transplant as some of you may know. I am left with an extremely weak (next to no) immune system. With Covid and so many viruses going around I need to take extreme caution. This is where I was told I couldn’t have my own cart. I asked to speak with Ryan Ramirez (course pro) to discuss my situation. He was completely unprofessional and could care less of my situation. He said “we don’t have enough carts for people to take a cart out by themselves (even though I saw many many threesomes)”. I told him I was here the day before and it was no problem and I even told him I checked with “his” staff and they said it wouldn’t be a problem whatsoever. Now, Mr Ryan Ramirez (so called pro) had the nerve to tell me that “oh I could have my own cart but there would be an extra charge.” I started laughing and said “so you now have enough carts as long as I want to pay an additional fee.” He said “well I am making a special exception for you.” Once again let’s not forget the many many threesomes that are all over the course at this point.
At the end of the day, I want the people to know what happened. I will never return to this course and I truly hope others will think about spending their money here after seeing the lack of compassion for people.
Take care everyone and stay safe.
Good season value
The team at Crane Watch has been putting the work in and it is showing. The greens are very quick and in good shape. The irrigation project is taking hold and like the new design changes being done.
Let's play
Course is in good shape ,greens roll good and I will play again . Play early to avoid the crowd.
disappointing
We played following a tournament. There was a queue to start and pace was so slowmwe had to stop at hole 14 as it was dark. This was after 4 hours of play.Disappointed we paid for a full round when the club must have known we would not finish.Everything closed when we did return☹️
Evergreen
Have always loved this layout. Has had its ups and downs but overall it’s in great shape.. Has been about a year since my last round but definitely happy with current conditions.
We are sorry to hear of your sensitive personal situation with regard to your health and your inability to comfortably recreate outdoors amongst other individuals.
As the game of golf continues to popularize across the world, and especially, the state of Florida, golf clubs will continue to make adjustments to meet the growing demand and successfully manage their business practices. During the active golf season, our golf club and all others must continue to carefully distribute/rent golf carts to players based upon demand, using a sufficient cart fleet of which we have a finite supply. All players will be asked to ride two per cart, with the obvious exceptions being those groups with less than four players and single golfers. Single players will be paired with other single players or with a group of less than four to ensure the best experience possible. The opportunity to play as a single is purely circumstantial and at the discretion of the golf club.
Players who request a single rider cart for medical purposes may pay an additional fee for cart rental. All requests, preferably done so in advance, will be granted based upon cart availability per each business day.
