new mngt. promised to fix course up and it is starting to be a reality. tremendous progress has been made

New ownership is getting it down. I hope they can keep the prices down as well

I loved the layout! The course went through an overhaul in dec and January, so Time is needed to heal. The greens are extremely slow right now(8) but the course is still fun to play.

Outstanding layout and atmosphere. Greens were slow, but consistent. New grass on tees was not groomed, but who cares? Fairways were as good or better than the other courses in this area. Money is being spent on upgrades and lots of workers were on the course. The people who complained about this course need to get over themselves!!

place is being renovated, but is not anywhere near where it should be, the greens were awful. slow ,bumpy and awful hopeful new owners can fix it. staff was great

Please stay away! Better courses with in just a couples miles. It’s a waste of time. Looks like it had been abandoned, unkept, and disgusting. They are overcharging even at $20ish. It’s basically a pasture with homes tightly lining most “fairways”. Greens are absolutely terrible. Really not one redeeming quality. Thought it was a steal at the price but we quickly learned why. HONESTLY IF YOU LIKE TO ENJOY GOLF GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I live in Palm City and this place is an embarrassment. Sorry, but you should know before you go.

Heard this course is recently open to public for play. We enjoyed our round. They are doing many upgrades. Tee boxes need to mature. Overall course in good condition. The layout is nice and offers some challenge. We were a twosome. Foursome let us play through on third hole... didn’t catch anyone until 12’ or 13. Twosome let us play through. Finished in just under three hours. Staff was great; we arrived early and let us go off almost half hour early.’ Great morning !!

Best laid out course in the area. New owners have a great vision on where they want to take this course. Previous management or mismanagement, nearly destroyed this gem. The new owners have been systematically improving this course since grazing over just a short time ago. While there are areas on the course that are still on the mend, and some ongoing construction, they're doing it right! Friendly and helpful staff. Hard working and courteous grounds crew. I'll be back often to enjoy the course and the continuous improvement!

New owners are doing the right thing. Fairways and greens are coming back. Tee boxes are seeded. All bunkers have nice sand. Staff is friendly. May take a year to get course to high standard but it appears new owners are will to spend the time and money.

I have played this course for many years now. It was always a pleasure to play Evergreen Golf. However the course condition have worstened over the years and are now in poor condition. Tee boxes and greens are in bad condition, worst that i ever played. Hope new owners are going to improve conditions because they are not good. Good layout but that is it

Played last week and now their website and phone are out of service and the place is shut.

Sad - it used to be a very nice course.

I booked my round of golf when I went there there was not one single car in the parking lot. As I played the golf course the conditions were hideous and horrible. Worst course conditions I’ve ever played this time of the year in Martin County

Would go back but it’s my understanding course might be closing in 30 days. If no one buys it.

Unfortunately, this previously nice course is facing shutdown due to financial problems if they are unable to find a buyer. The course layout is good and the surrounding neighborhood and out areas are attractive. It was previously private but became semi-private to increase revenue. I only saw three other golf groups during my play on this beautiful Florida Tuesday. They are mowing the fairways and greens but the rough is growing wild with many weeds knee high. Water seems to have been reduced as well as fertilizer. Maintenance and work crews are reduced to an absolute minimum. Too bad because it isn't so far gone that it can't be renewed to it's former good status.

Course in pretty good shape , fast greens a plus. Kind of tight with water so it is challenging. Only issue was no snack bar or cart. Grill was closed girl was a no show per pro shop.
