Buffalo Creek Golf Course

Pace was slow on a very hot week day. Greens have lots of grain and were super slow.. The price was decent but I prefer a faster pace of play. Maybe I just picked the wrong day to play. Tees and a fair number of fairways need TLC.

Pace of play was not good, over 5 hours. But that can change daily. The course itself was in good condition for the most part. Some bare tee boxes on back nine but they were driver holes not par 3's. It's been very dry in these parts so you can't expect lush conditions. Course layout was good, very generous off the tee, no houses or roads to worry about. For $29 I'd recommend playing. PS. No beverage cart on course.

Played here for the first time and just heard they are under new management as of May 1st. The course is a fun layout and with the no rain the course is a little dry but in good shape. For the price you can’t beat it. Excited to see where this course goes in the near future!

Hopefully the new management takes care of the tee boxes and a few bad spots on the greens. It is a county course so I don’t expect much when it comes to the rough. Overall greens are good and the layout is great. Fairways need some improving

The price drop in May was great. Course was dry, but lack of rain here. Greens were in good shape. Friendly staff.

Drought has all courses dry, driest I’ve ever seen here but greens were good

So I heard it's new management on here. We'll the course needs urgent care before it slides into oblivion. Tee boxes and greens have been sorely neglected. Needs improvement in all aspects

The starter recognized us from the only other time we played there Apr 29th. We were paired with Rich & Jim, 2 locals. Course was full and pace of play wasn’t too bad, considering, but the 4some 2 groups in front of us had no idea where they hit their balls and took forever on the greens. 4.5 hour round a bit long as our last round took 3.5. Also water cooler was empty when we wanted to refill our bottles.

Went back for the final time, be there multiple times and never had to be forced to pair up with a single. do not enjoy playing with a single who does not know our golf etiquette nor our golfing structure, told the ranger we would not like to be paired up and he said either take on the plus one or leave. Of course layout itself is very nice but the conditions were horrible. It seems that they only care about the place when seasoning it is in to get the money and the rates from the Tourist but when season is over the place just goes to crap. I wouldn't recommend this course to my worst enemy let alone anybody who wants to enjoy golf.

Solid track for the money. Tons of wildlife. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Chubbs the 15' gator. Wide open for weekday twilights.

Five and a half hour round but what do you expect for 7 min starting intervals with walkers welcome…got off at 9:52 for a 9:34 tee time and waited on every tee box and most approach shots…price is reasonable for the shape of the course (the reason we keep playing it) but the pace is horrible and seems to be getting worse
