Great Course
We love to play this course. We really love the layout as well. The staff is very friendly and they work very hard to get everyone out on time. The only negative is it is very crowded which means it more than likely will take over 4 hours to play. It is so worth the money that we didn’t mind a longer than normal round.
Great Course
After driving past this course for years we decided to play it. What a Surprise!!! Could track, lots of water. Every shot has to be planned. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Pace of play was good course in great shape. Can’t wait to play it again.
Target golf at its best
Played Christmas day with 7 am tee off including coffee, doughnuts and chicken fingers. It seemed like every hole on the front nine had water so definitely play target golf. The greens were predictably slow with the dew and later sped up as they dried out, running true. Overall conditions are excellent. Tee boxes are even and well spaced for different abilities. Sand traps were full and had no weeds. Fairways were cut short and gave a good roll. Unless you hit the water it was hard to lose a ball as the rough is very playable. A thoroughly enjoyable round and Links At Greenfield Plantation has become my new favourite Florida golf course.
Very Nice!
Course in great shape! Greens are fast, lots of water but fairways are generous. I’ll be back!
Great course
The course is very well maintained and the staff is always ready to help and give some hints. It is a tough course without being mean or brutal. The wildlife around the course adds to the atmosphere of the round.
Don’t book early on Saturday
This course and its sister course (The River Club) for some reason lets you book a 7 am tee time. Don’t expect to be 1st out or even start close to your time. They let a men’s group out before everyone, which jams up the entire course. We started at 7:25. This makes absolutely no sense. It’s already a slow 4 1/2 hour round. It sure I’ll ever go back.
Doug
Course in good shape considering not much rain recently. Greens are in great shape
Wide open course
The course is open for mistakes you may make on your long game. Its in amazing conditions and great for an afternoon game of 9 holes. I always have a great time playing there and I love coming back. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with anything you need.
Great course
This is my second time playing here. I like the layout and the pace of play is great. I like the fact that the first T box is not chaotic, the starter spaces you out nicely. The greens were nice, but the T box I had some issues with on a few holes. I don’t know why they put the Markers on a slope on a couple of holes so you are T-ing up slanted.
Greens just aerated, Still great place.
Great place to play, greens just punched, so give yourself some putts. A little wet in some spots but very playable. No cart path only either. All in all, worth the drive.
Waterworld
Every single fairway and hole surrounded by water. Narrow fairways.
But, course is nice, lots of wildlife and pro shop staff friendly.
Bring lots of ammo ( balls)! I
Great venue/ Better Staff
Outstanding condition. Service was spot on. Frank went above and beyond. What a treat. Shot 73. Thank You for maintaining an operation that is run consistent with P.G.A. Standards.
Good Times
I have played out here a few times and it is a nice course with some challenging holes and some easy holes. The greens were pretty good considering how hot it has been, tee boxes great and fairways were great too with all the rain we have received. The bunkers were at times wet with puddles or looked like they didn't get any attention for a few days but that isn't going to change my mind how I view this course. I hate sand traps. Good value for the money and not looking forward for them to jack up the rates when the snowbirds get back to this area.
Don’t have to worry about us jacking up rates. We are always priced at or below the municipal golf courses in season. We will continue to try to offer a near private club experience at low rates, while providing the friendliest staff in the business. Tony
