Bay Point Resort - Nicklaus Course

This golf course can be very difficult to the beginning golfer with water on 16 of the 18 holes, but fairways are wide enough that they shouldn’t be in play on most holes unless you are playing very badly. The golf course was in great shape and the cart girl was available around every 4-5 holes.

The course is in great shape and challenging. I’ve only played Bay Point 3 times in 6 years so without gps on the cart you can’t see all the water hazards so beware. I will be playing it more often in the future.

Greens rolled true. Tough on placements of pins. Great views of lagoon

The impeccable course design and upkeep make it so fun to play. Some holes require accurate distance and direction - making it a nice challenge but playable for golfers of any skill. The natural scenery against the backdrop of the bay on some opening holes is so beautiful.

The staff will make you feel both at home and at ease.

The course was in terrific shape all the way around. It’s a great challenging layout with water coming into play on almost every hole. Staff was very friendly as well and we plan on revisiting any time we’re in the area.

Played this course for the first time yesterday and was very pleased! Lots of variation between holes but with one common factor - WATER! Lots of lakes, marshes and bayside play to keep things challenging. A real pleasure to play. Appreciated the number of hydration stations around the course. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely play again when I’m in PCB.

Course provided a challenge but fair play for our group. They have 4 different tees for all levels of golf. Course was in excellent condition even when it poured rain on us for a couple of holes. Service was excellent with beverage cart and nice lunch in the clubhouse after the round. There is water on every hole however much of it is easily avoided ( I did lose 2 balls). Overall a great experience.

The course challenged me on every hole and cost me 8 golf balls. Water on 16 of the holes and winds off the bay make shot selection very important. I can’t wait to play it again.

The course was in excellent condition. Club house staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend playing .

Course is a little challenging for an average golfers. Carts don't have GPS so bring an app. Will loose a few balls cause there's lots of water hazards. Great Course to play no bossy starter to deal with.

Vacation every year with my grown children, try to play Bay Point every time we can. Went out for a round on my 60th birthday- should’ve went somewhere else. Staff seemed put out we showed up for a 2:30 round , no beverage cart , pro shop closed. Plenty of members in bar area seemed bothered were there too. Too many other courses around, we will seek and play them next time. My home course in Texas way nicer and folks much more inviting.
