Pelican/Osprey at Burnt Store Marina Country Club

I have golfed here many times and the course is always in good shape and the staff are always very helpful.

The course was in great shape. Fairways, tees, & greens were very well taken care of. I’ve played this course once before and will play it again. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.

Grass on tee boxes was 1” to 1 1/2” high. Had difficulty teeing up. Fairways hadn’t been mowed in about 5 days. Grass was so high on some fairways that you had to search for your ball. Greens were very slow. It appeared that they were recently aerated and sanded. While we were disappointed in the conditions, I will add that they got a lot of rain a couple days before.

We play here about once or twice a month and had never experienced conditions so poor. We will give them another shot only because of the rain factor that could have been reason for this.

The course was in good shape following the much needed rain last week. Fairways and greens in real good shape, tee boxes are coming around.

The Greens are In outstanding shape with the lack of rain. Fairways are in fairly good shape. Tee boxes need some work, but the forecast for rain will definitely help.

The man outside with the carts was excellent. He helped get ice for us and gave us range balls. Pointed out that there were facilities on certain holes and no facilities on course heron. He is a keeper!

This was the last round of the season for the wife and I as we have gone back north for the summer. Thank you Bill and your professional staff for another fantastic season! Improvements are being achieved on the Osprey course and we look forward to playing again in October. Enjoy!

Courses were in fairly good shape. Tee boxes were pretty much sand, but fairways and greens were in good condition. Like everywhere else, they need rain.

This was the second time we had played here. Visited last year too. Lovely course with interesting holes. Lots of water so hit straight. Had some food in clubhouse after the game, the staff were lovely.

You can stay hydrated with plenty of water/ice, and definitely enjoy a few cold ones inside at the nineteenth hole. Thank you Bill and your crew for the fantastic rounds!
