This course was solely about volume
The course has a great layout but Im a firm believer that they only care about volume for profit.
The pace of play was extremely slow because they allowed five carts with doubles to play the same tee time; which there were multiple large groups packed together like that and not staggered. The tee times were also running like every four minutes.
Won’t go back!
The pace of PLAY was BY FAR THE WORST I have ever seen!! Waited 8-10min PER HOLE at the tee box and another 3-5mins per approach shot! The 2 guys infront of us played extremely slow and would sit at the tee box with nobody infront of them. Secondly, there was a foursome infront of them teeing off multiple times even THOUGH there is people behind them, they would play different color tees constantly, and no course etiquette. LASTLY … this blew my mind! My buddy & I get to the back 9 TO FIND a group of 12 PEOPLE ion one hole and another group of 8 right behind them … ridiculous! I won’t go back and I played at Blue Ridge A LOT last summer but I won’t anymore.

Pace of play
Berry slow pace of play today. What made that worse was no Grace given by several other golfers.

Nice layout
Nice layout. Several fun holes. Greens were aerated and sanded, but were still fast.

Course in great shape!
It was great carts allowed 90 degree so easy to move around. Pro shop staff best in the area. As noted in previous reviews, last 5 holes are challenging with water. But this is such a fun course to play!
