Yeah I am that guy. Missed the fairway, got frustrated and totally missed on my next shot. Friends took a photo for proof. Photo submitted by currdog7 on 12/27/2012
Only negative was All the tee boxes were in terrible shape. The fairways and greens were all in great condition and the pace of play was great
Merced player
Course in the mountains I enjoyed the fairways and greens in great condition the area is scenic and nice.
A good test of golf, shot placement is a must. The greens are nice right now. Pace of play on weekends is very slow and the Pro shop allows 5 somes which doesn't help. I've seen groups of 6 several times which are usually members.
Fun and Challenging course, will definitely come back to play.
Un tapped potential
Course has an excellent layout.
Always enjoy playing here.
Rolling hills,lakes, challenging .
NO homes on the course. Mostly large greens. Green were plugged, Not spiked , so bumpy greens.
Bunkers in good condition.
BUT..
They need to put some money in this course to make it topnotch,
Like the course at Cache Creek.
Black Oak casino owns it now, but casino is about 10 miles away.
Bumpy ride in cart due to gophers.
Mostly un mowed rough .
Overall...fun course to play..needs upgrades IMO
Always a great round at teleli
They've done a lot of work on the bunkers and they are in really good condition. Greens were smooth and moderately fast. Fairways were well maintained. The tee boxes could use a little leveling, but they weren't bad at all. The staff was really friendly and a joy during check in. The restaurant closed really early, so we couldn't get a post round beer which was really disappointing. But overall, I love playing here and I will come back time and time again.
Excellent Course for the price
The fairways and roughs are well-kept. The greens were slightly dying, but still rolled well. The course will test your ability to hit uphill and downhill lies. Extremely fun.Very windy course.
The driving range is turf, so do with that what you will. Water refill stations or an extra restroom would be nice
They had the best chicken wings I've ever had at the turn. Fully recommend. You can pull them off the bone.
Nevada golfers
Course was in great shape and pace of play was fast as usual. Five stars all the way around. Can't wait to play again.
LOVE THIS COURSE
This course was a great challenge and overall had a great experience. Will definitely come back and make this a regular play.
Difficult.
First time playing. Don’t think it drains well because it hadn’t rained for a few days and the course had a lot of wet spots. Greens we ok not fast at all. Short course but they’re were plenty of challenges throughout the course. I definitely would come back when I’m in the area
Great course, Bad clubhouse ammenities!
This challenging golf course is in great shape' Pace of play was good. Clubhouse restrooms need a thorough cleaning. Bar and restaurant have unrealized potential.
Really fun course to play
My 2nd time playing and really like the course. Very hilly with a couple of blind shots, but that makes for an interesting round. Will play again.
