Renditions Golf Course
About
Renditions Golf Course is a unique layout that features replicas of holes from U.S. Open or PGA Championship venues. Given each hole is modeled after holes from around the world, the course offers plenty of variety ranging from parkland to links. Holes six through nine are replicas of Augusta National's famous Amen Corner. Like their inspiration, Renditions' versions are a formidable test. The golf course offers a round unlike any other. Nowhere else would you be able to get a taste of golf's most well known courses all in one place. After several hundred trees were added to the landscape, which was formerly the site of a sand mining operation, it was completely transformed into the perfect setting for golf, enhanced even further by the Patuxent River that flows nearby.

Execellent Purchase
Love playing this course!!!!
18 holes, 18 different challenges: Pricelesd
The idea of replicating golf holes from major championships in the U.S. Scotland & England is intriguing & for the most part carried out. Amen corner, the famous island green, Hogan’s alley at Carnoustie, etc. is well presented & challenging! Loved the course that was in great shape for Dec. 21 & can’t wait to return..staff very helpful & dining/bar facilities attractive.
Renditions is a very nice course, pretty open, but challenging. The fairways and greens are in very good shape.
Renditions Father and Son
Overall experience very good played here few times before , hate to nik pick but suggestions I would consider this a premium course, what’s not premium range mats are old and worn come on put in the newer softer ones , with green fees charged range balls should be included ( that used to be the case here) higher end courses include them or at least charge a lower price. There are always a couple of greens not in good shape don’t know what the problem is. The good, we where early just 2 of us starter asked if want to go early and we did greatly appreciated so we would get all 18 in before dark, after round pro shop attendant asked us about our round , went to bar-lounge bar lady super friendly and food is very good 1st beer only paid what your round score is , We will play here again as it’s a great experience playing replica holes of great courses
Ready to play it again!
My first time to play the course and ready to play it again. Hit shots I was not sure on and got in a real hurry to beat the dark. Make sure you hit the flyover button in the cart on the GPS for a readout on each hole. Great course. Worth the time and the money.
Downhill Staff
The first time I played, I pulled up, someone got my bags out and put them on a cart as I checked in. Upon finishing my round, they helped me clean the cart, washed my club heads (quickly), took them off the cart, waited until I pulled around and loaded them. . .
Last time,no one around, I hauled and put my own clubs on the cart, and when I was done, they just stood their awaiting a tip - but I had to take off my clubs - unwashed - walk them to my car. . . Don't Tip if they Don't Help!
I enjoy playing, but the staff could be more friendly and DO THEIR JOBS.
Trick-Or-Treat At Renditions
I played Renditions on Halloween with a college mate. The course is excellent shape and the greens are fast. The pin placement made birdies a real challenge - we assumed that the greens keeper had a bad night. Overall it was a great day. I recommend that all serious golfers get at least one round in at Renditions while the weather is cooperating.

Renditions
My son and I were having a father & son day. This was my treat and what a treat it was. I didn't expect the course to be as challenging as it was. Most of the day was cart path only so we did a lot of walking, however it was well worth it because I feel you could got to enjoy some of the nuances that would be normally missed. Overall I can't wait to play RENDITIONS again.
frustrating
It's a difficult course for most players. Due to the nature of the holes and greens, it's really not a course for a beginner or an outing. Look I realize you need to make money but I simply do not get to finish most rounds because of the pace of play.
This course has a problem with 5+ hour rounds. They simply DO NOT effectively monitor this course. I've complained repeatedly to staff and marshalls. The latest excuse I got was after 4.5 hours and 15 holes that "well only 3 to go". I've gone through a stretch of not finishing 50% of the rounds played there because I'm reaching 16th hole after 4.5 - 5 hours.
My second annoyance is $90+ a round and you get no range balls to warm up. Very tacky way to add margin to your bottom line. How about you give everyone 12 balls...after that charge for next size up.
Otherwise, great layout and when those greens are cut, it is a great challenge. The food afterward is excellent and bar people are the opposite of the pro shop staff --friendly, outgoing and helpful.
Great Value!
I booked a golfnow tee time for $12.00. Excellent, hard to find rate. Joined a twosome, and played under 4 hours. Slight drizzle, no wind were a non-issue.
Great course
You are playing replicas of some of the toughest holes in golf
Play it for the layout
Staff was friendly and helpful. The real draw here is the design which incorporates famous holes from US and UK. Bring your "A" game with your irons and putter to play Augusta's Amen Corner and the TPC 17th hole island green.
Great replica holes.
Had a great time playing this coarse. Amen Corner and the Sawgrass island green were the highlights. Coarse was in good condition. Greens were a little spotty, still recovering from aeration. Played in 3 1/2 hours. Would recommend, it was an memorable experience.
Good but SLOW!!!!!!
Great Layout. A well maintained sand trap filled course. It seemed a bit beat up on the closing holes.
However, the pace of play was ridiculous. 5.5 hours was just too long.
Good course in good condition.
Very friendly staff and challenging layout. Golf outing slowed play to about 5 hour round. Overall good facilities and vaiue.
