Absolute goat track for $70
Way too expensive considering some of tee boxes were completely bare while others were infested with crab grass and other weeds. Multiple bunkers were given up on as weeds had taken over. Greens, fringes, and fairways had several dead and bare spots. While putting, a greenskeeper drove up 30 yards behind us and fired up a load weed eater in the middle of the putt. The positives were the course layout, pace of play, and pro shop/bar staff. Everything else was a negative.
Fun course with good layout
Fairways were in good shape. Some of the greens had some rough or dead spots.
They have been downsizing the bunkers and made a big percentage of them grass bunkers. The grass is still coming in and had not been cut for a while.
Enjoyed the round and great surroundings with houses, corn fields, etc.
Little bit more TLC please
Tiffany Greens has the potential to be a top notch magnificent course if little bit more TLC is put into it.
If not, it also has same potential to go downhill.
Slowly failing.
Having played this course for years in the past it was very disappointing the shape it is in. The carts, fairways, shrinking the greens and bunkers being ignored. It’s not a $70.00 course anymore.
Terrible pace of play
People hitting 6-7 tee shots and slowing 5 groups back. Called course and they did nothing about it.
Great layout, not well kept
This course has a tremendous layout which you’d expect considering the designer (Robert Trent Jones). That being said, it is disappointing that this course has not been kept up well. Fairways and tee boxes a bit burnt out and the rough can be like Oakmont US Open type length in places. The greens were the one part that are still pretty solid, so overall, it’s a great value especially if you play twilight. It was a fun round to play while I was visiting from out of town. Totally recommend!
Nice Course
Course was overall in good shape, greens and fairways not dried out yet and the rough was deeper than generally experienced. Very easy losing ball in deep paths of grass/clover.
Tiffany greens
Easy to get tee time. Course is in average shape
Couple greens were struggling with yellow grass and bare spots. Overall challenging course that I would play again.
The course use to be in much better condition .
Great layout tee boxes were real bad fairways ok
Greens slow use to be fast not kept up like it use to!
NO TURN?
What kind of course doesn't have a turn? We get done with the 9th hole and are driving around in the carts looking for the clubhouse, but it's NOWHERE NEAR 9, and neither is anything else. First time in my life that I've seen a course without amenities at the turn. Saw the drink cart once.
Course is a very good challenge
Gusty winds, thick rough and soggy fairways made for a very challenging course. Enjoyable day! Very nice layout
Rain Rain Go Away
Had been raining, so it was 90 degree. Understandable
Disappointed Experience
Tiffany Greens was at one time a great course. It is in terrible condition and over priced. GOAT ranch comes to mind. The greens were decent, but they were sprayed to look green. The fairways were rough and weedy. Also pace of play was SLOW. We go stuck behind two groups of five on a Sunday. For a sort of short course, pace was just short of five hours.
The price on line will not be honored at the club house. I avoid online bookings because I don’t want to get stuck receiving the course emails.
$80 for a round of gold in these poor conditions is outrageous. To think the US senior open played their at one time, it will be years before that can happen again.
There is better value and pace of play golf in the metro area. Don’t waste your time and money at Tiffany Greens until conditions improve.
Challenging holes
We were first off on a drizzly Monday morning so pace a play was fantastic. Finished in 3 1/2 hours. Course is challenging and beautiful. Greens were in better shape than I was told. My playing partner played 2 weeks prior and said they were 100% better. Kudos to the grounds crew. Fairways still may show some winter issues. In some spots. Rough was tall and had an assortment of grasses including clover.
