About
Waikele Country Club sprawls across the gently sloping landscape of Waipio, just west of Waikiki. The golf course overlooks Pearl Harbor with views stretching to Diamond Head. The layout features rolling fairways and undulating greens, which are accented with strategically placed bunkers. Ted Robinson designed the course, incorporating his signature water features throughout. Keeping the ball in play off the tee is integral to scoring well on this layout. The fourth hole is a short par 4 that is known for being one of the course's greatest challenges. It plays downwind, requiring a skillful lay-up off the tee in order to set up the short-iron approach to the two-tiered green that is protected by a pond. On Waikele Country Club's back nine, the 17th is another favorite hole amongst players. Beginning on an elevated tee, the hole plays to a deep, narrow green with water and a small sand bunker to the front.

Overall good course and good value if you can get a discounted rate(or resident rate). My only complain is there is no easy way for me to refill my water bottle during the round.
Good Track
The Waikele country club have good off course amenities. The course is well maintained the views are beautiful. The pace of play is very good.
Not nice people and wouldn't let us finish playing.
Beautiful course would play again
Course was very well maintained. Staff was friendly. No cart or beverage service to get drinks but overall amazing day. Can’t wait to play it again.

Course in excellent condition with quality layout. Pace of play was slow. Will play again.
Friendly Staff and Beautiful course
We loved playing this course! Very well maintained. Staff was particularly friendly with tips on how to play some holes. Our only caveat: players need to repair their ball marks on the greens, fill in their divots, and rake their bunkers after hitting out! Too many of these found on such a nice course.
Oops!
I had a very strange occurrence today at Waikele Country Club today. After I checked in, the three of us played without a problem. They even let us tee off earlier than our actual 11:38 tee time.
On the fourth hole, an employee from the golf course approached us and asked if we paid for our tee time. Luckily, I had printed the reservation and showed it to her. Then she told us that another threesome had checked in for our same tee time and their name was also the same as mine.This other group was allowed to play
This seems quite strange. Evidently Waikele called your office and could not reach anyone to clear up this problem. I’m concerned that someone was able to see my reservation and use it. Should I be worried?
Please get back to me concerning this matter.
A Nice Course
The course is nice and well groomed. The ball does not seem to travel far here. Seems like there is a lot of humidity. Maybe because it is close to Pearl Harbor.
Great Course on the leeward side of Oahu
Nestled within a community of well appointed modest homes. This was more like a Resort course than a Municipal. All the staff were in uniforms and quite professional. It had none of the typical muni ick’s.
The layout was fair yet challenging enough to apply course management strategy to reduce one’s score. I would play here again for sure.
Great
Close to Waikīkī , great condition, decent views and a fun layout, not too challenging. Only gripe was pace as it’s a country club, in a neighborhood of retirees. Lots of handicap flags, round was right at 5 hrs so not terrible but waited on every tee box and approach shots
Island time so sip a beverage and enjoy the views!
