Course renovation: Misty Creek Country Club underwent a comprehensive golf course renovation, which included re-grassing all areas, rebuilding bunkers, upgrading the driving range, and installing a new irrigation system. The course was temporarily closed for these improvements and reopened to the public in November 2025.

Good course
We played 2x here. The course layout and condition is better than most . However, because of the lack of rain the greens are had and lightning fast. Unfortunately, all other area course have a similar issue.
We enjoyed our time here. I would recommend.

My favorite course on Golf Now (11 hcp from IL) Fun, challenging layout from blue and also white tees Greens were better in Jan, only beef Love Misty!

Nice course
Last played here 3 years ago when it was easier on the wallet. Got a hot deal on Golfnow which made it well worth it. Overall I liked the conditions, greens and traps were very good. Front conditions were very good, the back was a bit dry, especially if you were off the fairway. Even a little. I would still play it again.

Great track!
This course would be of value at any amount. The layout is fascinating and ever-changing. Course conditions were the best we’ve played in the area this spring. Every staff member we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to return trip soon.

Absolute treasure!
Loved this track! Extremely friendly staff (especially the kind lady at the front desk pro shop), amazing scenery throughout (wilderness, deer, gators), and the course itself has a great layout and is in wonderful condition. Every hole is very interesting, minus the last par 5 which I found to be a bit wonky, but still a fun hole. If ever in Sarasota, I’ll 100% be back!

Beautiful and challenging course situated by a nature reserve. Booked through golf now for a special rate. Great value and course was in good condition considering the dry spell.

Price to high without amenities
Great course, but no beverage cart and no Clubhouse open to enjoy a post round drink. Similar courses at that pricepoint have food and drinks available at completion of your round.

Great experiences at this course
This is a classy operation from bag drop to 19th hole. Front end is extremely helpful in getting this first-time player started. Course in is great shape. I don't know how they keep it so green in this hot spell.. Selection of clothing and items in pro shop are first rate. Overall, a great golfing experience despite being a bit pricey.
