Course renovation: Misty Creek Country Club underwent a comprehensive golf course renovation, which included re-grassing all areas, rebuilding bunkers, upgrading the driving range, and installing a new irrigation system. The course was temporarily closed for these improvements and reopened to the public in November 2025.

Value
Of course price comes into play for golf. Interesting track but blotchy greens and tee boxes. Club house is run down. I wouldn’t pay full price for the condition it was in.

Scenic course in very good condition
We had no problem playing the course in 3-3/4 hours as a twosome between two foursomes. Staff were very welcoming. Plenty of interesting holes, some were tight between banks of trees on both sides, most were pretty wide open from the tee. Lots of doglegs. Water crosses the fairway on several holes, but was manageable.. Best greens we have seen so far in this trip.

Good Challenging Course
The course was challenging for mid-high handicap golfer. The scenery was great. The course was in great condition. The greens were fast, yet true. Ginger on the cart was fantastic! The only negative was a slow 4 some in front of us on the front nine, but the Marshall and Ranger took care of that before we finished the front 9. The back 9 moved along at our pace. We finished in less that 4 1/2 hours (front was 2 1/2, hrs & back was 2 hrs)
