Played here many years ago and it was good. After reading recent reviews, though to myself how bad can it be? Not sure who is operating the course but they have their work cut out. Every surface, from parking lot to clubhouse, cart paths, tee boxes, fairways, sand traps, greens, landscaping, and more need serious help. I thought other reviewers were being picky. But even the weeds have weeds. They need a massive capital infusion to get it playable again. Sorry I had to be so brutal in this review. Usually I'm very forgiving, especially if it's a decent deal. Hard to do that here.

Overall very good. Greens and overall condition Very good. Back nine really nice as it runs through wooded acres - very rare in Florida!. Lots of wildlife and no homes nearby unlike front nine. 9th hole fairway has a problem I'm sure theyll fix. A number of doglegs which make it tough when playing for the first time.

Friendliest staff in the area and the clubhouse/19th hole very nice.

Father in law recommended the course. He has been in the area for 20 years and played it many times. Stopped playing about 3 years ago. The good - course layout is great - challenging. Plenty of doglegs. Very playable from the white tees. The bad - pace of ply was horrible. Waited on every shot, every tee from the 2nd tee until 18. The ugly - course conditions are poor. Tees boxes horrible. Many places just bare ground on edges of fairway. Will be a long time before I go back.

Staff was very friendly. Course was in good condition considering we just had a tropical storm go through. Greens rolled true but the fairways were narrow so you better hit them straight. All in all a nice course to play.

My son's first time playing. Great course, pace was perfect, and staff was very accommodating. Not too busy for a holiday weekend which was an added bonus. Would recommend the course for any level of player.

Got a great price on a round at Misty on Fathersday and was excited to get out there since I really enjoyed the course last time. Greens were in rough shape and were all over the place. Fairways were patchy and needed some love. I know it is summer but I’ve played this course 10+ times and this past time was the worst I’ve seen it as of yet. Give her some love!

Tee boxes had high grass, greens rolled very slow. A few holes were just too short off the tee. Kept driver in the bag most of the day. Staff was super!

Staff was excellent.

Pace of play on front nine slow. Starter remedied the situation with one group on the back nine.

On course beverage service was very good.

Greens are slow and somewhat cut long. Time of year, aerating??

Overall enjoyed our time.

The course is in a nice gated community and well maintained. As a 20 handicap, with a bit of a slice, I found it tough to play on several of the holes that required a draw to hit the fairway. The water around the course does not come into play that often. Some narrow fairways required more accurate T-shots. Some of the fairways have dead spots and no turf. Given the lack of rain that can be expected,. They have a beverage cart that comes around that is fully stocked. This is a semi-private course, and we had 3 women members complain to the starter that we were not playing fast enough for them. It really annoyed me because we were waiting on several holes to hit. I'm guessing they don't like when the public plays on THEIR course... We finished in 3 1/2 hours!

Fairway a little beat up, proper challenging course. Greens waiting to recover. It will be in phenomenal shape at that point.

The course really isn’t that bad. The people that either run or own it make it very clear to the staff that non-members are treated like trash and members need to be treated like royalty. I belong to a club and no one would ever treat visitors like the way they do. Sorry, but we’ve tried this course three times and never had a good experience.
