Good bmvalue
The Deer is a good test of golf. Several very challenging holes that requires you to put your drive in a position to go at the flag.
Worth the drive
My buddy and I, play here on occasion. We take turns driving, as it's about an 160 mile round trip from Englewood. The course is always in great shape and the layout is challenging, yet not extremely difficult. This time, we had a threesome ahead of us, that was a little slow yet, we still finished about 5 minutes under 4 hours. We both love playing both Sun N Lakes courses, and have a difficult time trying to choose which one is better. So, the long drive is definitely worth it.

WORTH IT!!!
Golfed with a few buddy’s early Saturday morning. Employee in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. Fairways were in great shape. What i enjoyed most about Deer Run is all the greens are challenging which made things interesting at the end of every hole. Well worth the price and I’m looking forward to going back.

Really fun course
Try to play both courses 3-4 times each year. Not super challenging courses but always in great condition.

The course has a fun yet challenging design. Greens were fast but fair. Really enjoyed the courses and would play again! Worth the money and time

Excellent Course
Everything went well. We had perfect weather, the people in the pro shop were cordial and the course conditions were top notch, Greens were faster than usual, but in perfect shape. For the money, at this time of year, this was a great value.

Solid Play
Greens were in good shape and fast. Knowing where the water’s at makes a big difference so make sure to pay attention to the map on the card when trying to cut a corner. Enjoyable and a good deal.

a group of 16 were celebrating a birthday and played extremely slow there to party we left after 14 holes
