Oak Hills Golf Club

This is my closest course. It’s been a dog track since I started, playing it, but it’s a great practice course for me because it’s slow and the layout is tough. Currently, the greens full of nice green grass and puttable so if you see the cheap hot deal and don’t mind fluffing your ball in the fairway, eh I mean idk but u know what I mean

This needs to be played just for its omega man vibe. This is like if you played a golf course after a world disaster. If the first hole doesn’t get you laughing then go home. So thing is the greens are decent and the course is a very cool layout. Also the course got less apocalyptic after each hole, especially into the back nine. I love it and almost hope it doesn’t improve.

This course cost over $30 at noon and I have to be honest, it was the worst conditions I have ever seen on a golf course. The tee boxes had very little grass and even the fairways were more sand than grass. I honestly can’t believe this course is still open. If a bit of time and money were put into it, it would be decent but right now it looks like it isn’t even getting water.

Better condition than some I have played For the money it's a good value. The greens are in pretty good shape Fairways have a lot of weeds and grass. It's a great layout I wish it was in a little better shape.

Weeds are growing well. Unfortunately the mower broke so you can lose balls in fairways. Definitely a challenge having to get ball up in fairways. Maybe while not mowing they can work on sprinklerd.

Really rough fairways and greens. Not being able to find balls you hit in the “fairway” makes this a $15 per round course, MAX

This golf course is in terrible condition. When me and my friend got there today, we paid $30 for a round of golf. We wanted to get a bucket of balls beforehand, but they told me the driving range is closed because they are cutting the grass. This was at 10 o’clock in the morning. Why are we cutting grass on the driving range at 10 AM? This was just the beginning. Every single hole the grass was over a foot high in the middle of the fairway. We were losing balls constantly, even though we were hitting plenty of them down the middle. Why would you worry about cutting grass on the driving range and not the golf course itself? This course is worth about $10 max. They do not sell alcohol or drinks anymore because they do not have a liquor license. I questioned the woman behind the counter as to why and she stated, I think the owner is just mad, and he lives in Pittsburgh. I said well I’m not going to golf and not have anything to drink being 100 degrees out so I’m going to run up to the local store and buy some drinks for myself. She said OK that’s fine. This place is trash and is absolutely not worth any money at all. I cannot believe this place is open still. there is absolutely zero maintenance being done on this golf course I will not ever be back..

Most fairways are pretty rough, the tee boxes are ok and the greens are pretty good. Priced fairly, don't know how they are staying open. We are pretty much by ourselves when we play there.

Would not recommend this course. In terrible condition. Fairways are mostly weeds and dirt, greens covered in crabgrass.

I have played this course many times and it is usually a great value. The staff is always friendly. I figured that with some rain, the fairways would green up a bit and maybe get a little better to play. The trouble is, you couldn't find the fairways especially on the back nine. The front nine played well with the exceptions of the bunkers and some issues with the greens. On the back nine you would hit a tee shot and it would disappear right in the middle. I think that the ownership may have finally given up on this course. It pains me to see it. This course has a great layout and the greens and bunkers were always maintained and very playable. Ownership needs to pay attention.

Got rained out after 3 holes. Course say take it up with golf now. Golf now says take up with course.

So make sure of weather report before booking in advance.

Weeds looking a little do to recent rains. Looks like someone sprayed weed killer on greens. Unfortunately there were a lot of weeds so half of some greens are brown. Hope they seed the dead patches.
