The front 9 fairways are your typical Florida grass fairways. The gets boxes are in decent shape, and the greens look phenomenal. The back 9 is phenomenal looking. Have golfed here quite a few times now and it's always a great time. You can't beat the price for the course!

Fairways lack of grass , but it is winter in Florida. Greens were in great shape a little slow and there is no amenities, but I knew that so we brought our own food and drink . Very nice golf carts and this course has a great layout and had a great time . If there is a person out there looking to purchase a great course and put some money into it , wow it could be a gem . Neighbor hood is nice and out in the county and quite I could be a great place to play ever weekend , for the price of 17.00 it is the best value I have found in a very long time .

i tried playing it again i should have believed all the bad reviews. The layout is really nice, the

golf course not so much. Save your money and play another course. I'm trying to be not negative here but its one of the worst ever and has been for at least 4 years before the pandemic. I've played it 3 times now and expect it to be better with some grass not happening.

I’ve been playing Oak Hill since I was a kid. Fairways are still sandy, but the greens have grown in and are way better than they used to be.

They are working on the greens which are definitely better than six months ago. Fairways are pretty bare with dead weeds and some grass, mostly sand.

I tried to suggest that with all the other course closures over the last few years they have a great opportunity to get it fixed up and have a good loyal following. They guy says it does not matter there is tons of places to play around here.

Guy does not see it shame he does not take care of it and they don’t just get the basics right. Great layout I would play 3 times a week there woudl be leagues and they woudl make money if they woudl invest in some grass. And weed control shams

A foursome for under $75 made it worth playing. Greens are pretty good but fairways can be rough.

Positives.

Great carts, great layout, decent greens.

Pace of play is nice due to no golfers on course.

Negatives.

Tried to charge a premium over Golf now established pricing.

Fairways are all in horrible shape.

If it wasn't like hitting out of a sand trap from the middle of the fairway it would've been enjoyable.

I'll revisit in the spring in hopes of some growth.

I used the tee app and paid 20 bucks , the fairways are in pretty bad shape and it is a shame because the length is good the layout is great and greens were good and fast . Would be a great course if there was some investment in the fairways. There is no food or drinks there so BYOB and snacks , but a good value and I would play it again for sure.

Course needs attention. Rough in all aspects. Need a chiropractic adjustment afterwards. The back nine is in better shape than the front. If you pay more than $20 to play here, then that's too much. Probably will be taking this course off the rotation. Definitely needs attention, but has potential to be great. I don't think it will ever happen.

Lots of sandy areas in the fare ways . Green have three or four different sort of grass all over.
