Fairways are in very poor condition with sparse grass and frequent areas of sand. Tee boxes were dug up and uneven. Greens were better and I would say fair.

Cattle Farm

This course plays and feels like they let cattle graze the fairway. The tee boxes are more like a child's sand box. Some of the putting greens have more weeds and mud then grass. I've played mini golf with putting greens smoother than here. And the cart paths are rougher then the forest roads in the smokey mountains.

Trying to survive

I love the sporty layout of Oak Hills, but the course condition is sad. Worth a good Hot Deal game for swing practice away from the driving range.

Went down hill

I've played this course when I was in middle school and it was fair. Now I just payed 25 dollars to play 3 decent greens and T off out of a sand box. Definitely a 10 dollar course but I take it they have to pay for the new gas golf carts. Best part about it was the carts and the fairways are rubbish so it felt like we were go carting off road.
