Oak Hills Golf Course
Greens are in very good condition. Would recommend.
Would not pay more than $10
Course isn't bad, but is in horrible shape. It was almost better to play the ball from the rough then the fairway. 18th green was 1/4 sand. Many spots in the fairway had sand where there should have been grass.
Cant go wrong for $14
Would have loved to played this course in its glory days, the layout is nice, moderate difficulty, Been let go, will take some work to restore this course, only one person at club house and saw no workers, Would love to know there plans for this course, i wouldn't pay anymore for playing here at this time. Hoping to se some improvement next time i play here.

I always enjoy playing here and will return. Other than fallen trees because of the Hurricane the course is in good shape.
much improved
New management has made major improvements. Greens are in decent shape, except for hole 18. The Red tees are under 4,500 yards...great for ladies and some seniors. Tees and fairways still need some work. Sand traps were in good shape. Nice elevation changes. Nice variety of holes...doglegs.....The front nine and the back nine have been reversed. Good driving range.
playing with friends
greens had just been over seeded ruff was extremely bad over all worth the price

I have played this course many time and it seems to be in good condition. The staff in the club house rates a 6 out of 10.
great shape
this is my 2 play in the last 2 weeks I played this course before the new owns took over it was a mess the greens where noting but dirt the greens where noting but weeds this course has come along way it still needs alike work on the ruff but all in all well with the price
Love the Layout
While this course has no water to deal with, it offers challenges with its layout that includes dogleg, elevation changes, and variety of green sizes. I normally play it in the winter while vacationing in the area. The greens always seem to be in excellent shape. Happened to be here in the summer and found the fairways were okay. They added forward red tees that are probably for juniors or seniors and well under 5000 yards. Many of those tees looked like they just cut them out of the fairways, some not level, some in bad shape. Used a golf now deal that cost me about $15 for 18 holes and a cart so I can't complain. Played in a little over two hours by myself as it was close to noon and the locals don't go out to play in the heat of the day. Loved playing quickly so the heat didn't bother me. They also have a grass driving range if you just want to hit balls. Nice covered porch for an after round drink or food - very limited.
Fairways need work
Greens were in pretty good shape, but the fairways were a little rough. Overall in decent shape for the price I paid.
I lost 9 balls!
The fairways are good, but if you miss them, you loose your balls. It's pretty with all the big oak trees, but they don't mow below them so there are tons of rotting leaves and weeds that makes it impossible to find the ball.
Pleasantly Surprised
Being that the round was so cheap when I booked it, I expected the course to be in really poor condition. There were some expected spots along the course that were pretty underkept but the greens were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by that. We actually did get the cart stuck in some really soft white sand a couple of times off of the fairway but I guess that's our fault for not being better golfers. We will definitely be playing this course again. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was cheap which is cool too!
great value
good layout for a quick round, conditions average, greens were pretty good overall
