Oak Hills Golf Club

This course has a nice layout. The greens are recovering from lack of rain but putt well. The fairways are quite sparse but I think once rainy season kicks in they may improve. This was the first time playing here but the staff and others made me feel like I had been there for years. I will go back.

Worst course I’ve ever played . It’s like you were were playing in a bunker or the rough even when you were in the so called fairway.

Wow from start to finish this course is horrible.

Could be good, great lay out. Heard the owner gave up.

It Shows. Hope he would sell so someone that cares and make it a decent course.

Some progress was made 3 mos ago but now going backwards.

Through the winter months the course conditions were improving especially the greens, tee boxes, and to a lesser extent the traps. Over the past month or so the greens have deteriorated, and 5he sand traps are like a brick.

The course could use some grass. Nice layout, but the fairways are mostly bare and sandy. We pretty much had the course to ourselves, so that was nice.

I’ll try it again in a couple years. It needs some TLC.

The fairways & greens have improved over the last year great moderate pace.

Good layout. Creative fun holes. No grass. Water would help. When you see where a sprinkler did spray there is green patch. Greens were good for a while,now looks like chemical burn.

Couldn’t ask for a place more convenient. Front nine is a little rough on the kidneys, back nine a lot smoother. Greens were respectful. Always enjoy the challenges of each hole.

This was absolutely the worst course I have ever played. There was almost ZERO grass on the fairway and this is not an exaggeration at all. The greens were decent but OMG, did I mention the fairways?? I found it as a “deal” for about $20 and felt like a paid about $19 too much. Really should be shut down and in fact when you pull in from the road, it looks like it’s been closed for a decade or more.

Course has different par sizes without a lot of brush to lose ball in greens aren't perfect but very playable they also have driving range and practice putting green

This was without a doubt the worst course I've ever played. Everything was dead, no grass in the fairways, even less in the rough. Greens are ⅓ the size of a normal green, cut too short and way too hard. I paid $20 to play there and feel like I got overcharged by about $15! I'll never play there again. It's a shame, it has a pretty decent layout and could be a real gem, but it looks like they spend about $100 on maintenance.

So I’ve been going back one because the rates were so cheap and 2 there has been a lot of upgrades to the green complexes. I will say every single green on this course is in great shape and so are the green side bunkers.

As a 5.4 handicap I enjoy the layout it’s challenging from the tips but next to impossible to score because of the fairways. However I will say that on the back 9 there has been some improvements as the grass is coming back but unfortunately not enough if you are trying to score. Too many weeds that make the short game next to impossible unless you can strike the ball perfectly every single time. This course still needs tons of work but for practice it’s not bad

Can't go wrong for the price.

Some seed and water on the fairways are much needed
