Basic flat Muni
A straightforward simply designed course with no tricks, no water hazards, and not many bunkers in play. The medium paced greens rolled well and the fairways were in acceptable muni condition, though with the recent rains there was little rollout causing the course to play longer than it normally would.. Drove an hour to play here as the GolfNow rate was low and the surprisingly available 10:00 tee time was convenient.

Conscientious management efforts for improvement of the conditions.
The management’s conscientious efforts to improve the course conditions are showing and accordingly, the course is getting better a lot. So far, they have the best bunkers with good enough sands and the greens, although they are still wet and slippery, very playable. The course looks far superb than pre-COVID-19. Pro shop staff are very friendly and courteous. Make us feel like returning to this municipal course, which we have played three times in 9 days. (Usually, we play at the same course only once a month.). The GolfNow arrangements with the course was one of the reasons for returning to the same courses too. Fairways are okay but they could use some maintenance. Pro shop has adequate merchandise to meet the players needs for the game. Carts are clean and appeared sanitized for pandemic. Perfect day for golfing.
Weather in the mid70’s with clear sky and well maintained course conditions and good pace of the play. Even the bunkers were filled with dry sands. Not much to mention regarding the F&B since the COVID-19 and didn’t expect it anyway but it would be nice if the cafe and the bar will open sometime soon. Other than that everything was excellent.

Perfect weather, best pace due to no-cart day.
Due to the record breaking down pouring of rain for 3 days, no cart was allowed on the field which reduced the players 75%. Just the perfect day to get the low score but couldn’t because of the wet greens. Surprisingly the bunkers were good enough to play. Totally enjoyable outing today. Have another day of golf day after tomorrow, walking again for the whole 18 holes. We finished the round in less than 3 hours and 35 minutes for threesome, walking. Had the greens not been wet and rolling/sliding, I could easily have 3-4 birdies. But that’s the game. The geese and ducks, even a little fox seemed to enjoy the sunshine after the record setting storms gone through.

Beautiful day with friendly players and the staff.
Perfect weather in the high 70’s and the course appears to have made some improvements. First time of walking all 18 holes in years. Thanks to the nice pace of the play and the good game atmosphere, we totally enjoyed the whole 18 holes walking. I have never thought in recent years that I could walk the distance because of my age and the health concerns but I did and it made me so happy although I couldn’t get any birdie. There were 2-3 chances but the greens were kind of tricky. . Fairways were flat and dry so my drive was a little longer with good rolling. Bunkers needed some more sand and ponds needed cleaning. It’s a lot better than any other municipal courses in the area and quite enjoyable. I am sure I will come back to play walking the whole 18 holes. Thanks to the staff for their good work and the professional work attitude. One of the new pleasant item is the single ride cart that I have not seen any other place. I think it’s very good idea especially during this terrible COVID-19 time.

Wish the lower rates were available at earlier hours so walking could finish 18 holes or nine holes especially in the fall

Squirrels
It would seem the presence of multiple foxes aren't enough to rid the course of extreme ground squirrels. That makes any excursion outside the center of the fairway a real bone-jarring adventure. Better/more foxes needed! Otherwise, enjoy the course very much and have fun playing it.
