Cool course. Horrible pace of play.

Great course and was in great condition. Greens are in phenomenal shape and fast. Fairways were freshly cut and the rough was pretty thick. Some of the worst pace of play I’ve experienced in the area. Played at 1030 and ended up with a 5+ hour round. No marshal or starter to help with pace of play. Backup started on the second hole and no attempt for it to be fixed. Wouldn’t play again purely cause of pace of play

Grass is so long

I’m not the best so the rough really messed with me the rough is long and thick so it was taking forever to find my ball but it was fun to try to hit out of, Spanos is a must play.

Consistently great

I come here when I want a country climb feel for an affordable price. Spanos has never disappointed me and when I make the trip north to play here, I’m more and more impressed by the quality and value of the course. The staff, carts and practice facilities are all top notch. I’m already looking forward to my next trip, hopefully the fog is gone by then.

Had a great time at Spanos.

I think for the popularity and the amount of full tee times booked I think it would be wise to have an on course Marshall making sure pace of play and ready golf is going on. I don’t think a lot of people there yesterday understand what ready golf is. Plan on a 5 hour round or more on the weekends.

If you plan on bringing the kids out on the course with you think again they won’t let you and they won’t refund you either

Great Course

Played here yesterday and what a great course. For around $75 for the round, one of the better course conditions I've seen in the valley.

Beautiful layout, great pace of play. Overall, wonderful experience. Not to mention reasonably priced drinks!
