No break for walking?
Booked time after hours through Golfnow. Golfnow does not offer a walking rate. Make it to the course and they charge for the full cart rate when walking. Poor service.
Our tee time at Swenson Park on September 14, 2019 7:30am was cancelled I don’t what happens I have a confirmation no.and didn’t go through to the pro shop computer booking that day .
Course in great shape
Like the title says, the course was in really good shape, especially for the time of year.
Challenging first few holes with unpredictable greens
First few holes quite challenging for me. Some tall grass led to me losing a few balls that I thankfully felt better about when I reclaimed a Titleist Pro V1.
The greens were a bit unpredictable. On the back 9, they seemed to run more, but on the front were pretty sticky.
Overall, a good value for the money.
Fore
Love this course. Beautiful trees, squirrels and friendly foxes. Fairways and greens are well maintained. Fox den restaurant is clean, friendly with great food and beverage.
Down side are the restrooms!!
Plenty of nature on this course
Flat course ,tree lined fairways lots of friendly foxes and nature to see.
It says fast play when you book the round. But 3 groups of 4 golfers in front of me were very slow. Only able to get in 9 holes. Played 9 holes in 3:30 hours. I was playing with 2 other golfer.
Fun course
The course was fun and very challenging hole position due to a tournament this day. Overall grooming could be better. The layout is very fun and challenging. I would recommend this course for a fun day of golf. Hole play was a little slow. We did see a fox run across the fairway with a snack in his mouth :-)

Great conditions, weather, and we saw a lot of foxes! Awesome day!! However, GolfNow didn’t share my online booking tee time with the golf course. Had to work to get the rate.
Exceeded expectations
Rough was pretty ugly but the fairways & greens were both in good shape. Layout is pretty easy. Not a ton of trouble to get into. Would recommend this course for mid to high handicappers.
