The only half good thing was Bob that answered the phone. Had a deal for $18 for 18 holes with cart. However the course is in such bad shape it was not worth the ware and tear on my clubs. This was the worst course i have ever played. Between the 4 of us we lost at least 10 balls. The greens were this brown crunchy stuff separating from the earth under it.
I could go on and on. Let’s just say there is no money or effort going towards keeping it alive.

Bargain - worth it
The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The greens, with a few exceptions of some on the back nine with fungus issues, are lush with the overseeded winter rye. Fairways have some bare spots (Hey! it's Central FL!, for crying out loud), but you can roll it a little unless you're OCD about "play it as it lies". The greens are very slow, but, for the most part, the rolls okay. They are also very soft, also, and since the greens fees are a bargain, it's not surprising that there is a fair amount of evidence of many unrepaired pitch marks. All in all, my group will play here again...the conditions are nearly as good as a nearby, very large retirement community, and the greens fees are 1/2 the price at the Links at Spruce Creek South.

The course was in terrible condition.
The course was in terrible condition, particularly the greens. There was nowhere that you could have a normal putt without bumpingthrough bear ground. The starter was more like a dictator. I heard him tell some people that the next time he would not let them play because he had such a bad attitude. I would avoid the place just because the starter and some staff are very unfriendly. Not worth the money when it is in such bad condition.

5 star if greens we're fixed
The fairways were nice. Great course design. The greens were the killer. Like trying to put in an old parking lot with potholes. Fix those greens and the course would be dynamite!

Not worth it
This place is cheep for a reason. I can put up with poor course conditions, but what I can not tolerate is the poor attitudes every time I’m there. It really seems like they pride themselves on giving people a hard time. Not worth the cheep golf rates in my opinion. Go play somewhere else.

Update
They’ve recently reseeded and the fairways are so much better. The greens are getting there. We had a twosome and play was slow took us 4 hours to play 18. Overall course has really improved from the last time we played a couple months ago.

In a Slump
I really like playing this course but for one reason or another it was in pretty bad shape. Greens in bad shape and full of weeds. Fairways had some rough spots, but they have overseeded, so I trust they'll improve. I will play here again, because I like the course, but will probably wait to give it a chance to come back.

A very good layout but unfortunately the greens and tee boxes have been severely neglected.

Cart path only
Tee off did not specify that the course was cart path only because they were seeding the fairways. Also the the sprinkler s would go on and were not on any kind of sensor to go off when we were on that part of the fairways. The fairways and greens were in terrible condition. I feel we should have played for much less.

Not good condition
The greens were awful with weeds and bare spots. Badly in need of attention, Fairways weren't very good either. This course was always pretty good but seems to suffer from neglect.
