Sandpiper Golf Club - Lakes/Palms Course

Played on a Sunday morning at 8:15, first person out on the course, 2:15 hour round. The overall condition was fair, for the price is was good. If you stay in the fairway no major complaints. The rough was full of chickweed. Greens were in good condition. Nice practice facility with free balls and a nice putting area. Staff was friendly and polite. For the price, this is a good course. I've played similar condition courses that charged $20 more. I'll be back.

Staff were very nice. Course was in terrible condition. Some of the greens were ok but the fairway and T's were awful. Weeds everywhere.

Great little courses.

I play this course quite often, particularly during summer months as the deals on golf now are pretty decent. during winter months they get a little high priced. The pace of play is almost always under 4 hours and quite often we play in under 3. The course is in decent shape with the exception of the green on hole #1 on the OAKS course, however the are working on it and hopefully it will improve. The folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. Overall, for price and enjoyment of the course, it is in my top 3-4 of the 12-15 courses I play most often.

The Course was really fun to play, yet still a challenge
The staff could not be any friendlier, even helping us get a quicker tee off after lunch break. I've never had that happen before.
I did not see a dress code but felt I should not be waring jeans or cargo shorts. The Course just felt upscale.
If you get a chance to play Sandpiper definitely put it on your list. I know I am looking forward to going back.

This course was in fair condition. Some fairways were nice and some were spotty. Same thing with the greens. This course has some tight difficult holes with some tough second shots into greens. I played for $30 and that is probably about what it is worth. This was probably a nice course at one time but I don't think I'd play it again.

Short but fun course, in decent shape. Some challenging holes with lots of water

Great pace of play and value for the money. Course conditions are decent not great. Lots of tee choices.

Great people. Allowed me to play all 27 holes for same price. Played in under 4 hours.
Oaks nine is tighter with tiny greens.

The 3 different 9 hole tracks give plenty of choice

The Oaks 9 had tiny greens that were in poor condition. The Lakes 9 had larger green in better shape but still small. The layout was fun and fairways were spacious. General condition was average.

Recommend this course. Will play it again. Three different 9 holes courses. Great.

Tees have been over seeded and the greens are good. Fairways and rough needs a lot of work with weeds. Bunkers could use some work. For a semi-private club, it seems that it needs some TLC.

Not sure why this course has any good ratings. The greens were bad and the rest of the course wasn't much better. I took a friend and was embarrassed.

Within the year this course is going downhill. Tee boxes in need of repair. Some greens dirt patches, some with grass. Price twice as much as comparable to other local courses. Benefit is fast play and range balls are included. Course to yourself after lunch, 3 hour play.

This course is in very poor condition, weeds growing in the fairways, grass not mowed. I understand that it had rained hard a few days before we played, but this does not excuse weeds growing in the middle of the fairways. Felt like I was in a cow pasture.

Good golf course with some interesting holes. The course could be maintained better, but the layout is fine and very fair.
