Coming back
Was concerned about the conditions of the greens after reading earlier reviews. While not perfect, they definitely are much better and playable and should withstand the heat much better going forward. Have always enjoyed the course layout and the new greens should have me coming back more often.
Great fun day.
Enjoyed the course layout and the staff was terrific. 1st time at the course and would definitely go back again.
Great Course For The Money
Beautiful course. Temporary greens will be fixed by August 1 and we can’t wait to get back and play again.
What Could Be
Green repair is an easy thing to do. Ownership just doesn’t care.
Nice layout but tight
Some greens were sandy and if u miss the fairway balls gone
Large course, good layout. Greens are in poor shape. Some have patches of dirt where the grass is missing and they have filled them with sand. Without the use of GolfNow I don’t think it would be worth the money.
Fun to play
Course was dry and really needs some rain. Greens were in need of some "tlc" but overall playable.
Wife is novice and had a good time.
Excellent staff and fabulous challenges on the course ! Recommend this course for great layout!
Fivesome?! Really
I showed up for a booked tee time and they told me that all groups were already foursomes. “Just go to the first tee and take your time”. When I got to the first tee, there was a fivesome in the fairway and a fivesome on the tee box.
Can’t believe they would even let groups of five out. And I also can’t believe they would let me book a single and not pair me with someone.
Thirty five years of golf under my belt and I’ve never had this happen.
Timberlake - February
Enjoyed having the opportunity to play Timberlake again. Though the grass was still in its winter dormancy, the layout is a great challenge
Great friendly staff who make you feel welcomed and appreciated
The greens are in need of being completely redone, looks like sand traps on them. For the shape they are in they need to charge 20 or less to play. I usually don't write reviews, but had to on this one.
