if you are looking for an 18 holes golf course, then this is not the one to go to, because it looked like the people who live in this community play golf there and don't mind a 6 holes only golf course with the par 3s, and a regulation white tees tee boxes.

I like 18 holes golf courses, so I will not be going back there again; however the golfers who knew the area are down to earth and very patient because I got lost after the first hole and people directed me where to go.

When I arrived I was told that I could play 6 regular holes or 10 par three holes which were marked by shorter tee boxes on the 6 regular holes. CONFUSING AND NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING...

This course gives you an option to play a 10 hole par 3 course. This was very beneficial for us due to the fact I had two people with me that had never golfed before in their lives. We had a fantastic time besides the few experienced golfers that were forcing us to let them play through (they made the beginners par 3 course for a reason guys). I definitely recommend those course to anyone with a couple of beginners trying to learn the sport.

Kinda confusing course layout at first but very nice course when you get use to it.

First time to play at Origins. I got a half price deal for $20. I'd have been upset to pay the regular $40 price for 9 hole par 3. The course was in excellent condition!

Bermuda grass throughout.

It is initially confusing as to where the first tee is and what green are you shooting for. Once you understand the layout, it;s easy to get around.

The par 3 holes range from about 93-166 yds. Several at 100 yds or less, so it sort of feels like a pitch and putt. Family friendly, and a nice course for youngsters.

On vacation and played somewhere else first. Wanted a place to take my boys and not feel like I was bothering anyone. My father in law and I played with them and the two kids and still got through 10 holes in 1:40. The conditions are epic! Great course for scratch and the beginners. A masterpiece.

First off, the course was in good shape, and the staff is great. It appears they have stopped offering the 9 hole setup, we were offered only the 6 hole or 10 hole option. We played the 10 hole par three course and had fun. It looks like playing the 6 hole with other golfers on the course would be a problem.
Playing the course for the first time can be confusing. I think they should have just kept it simple with a great 9 hole executive course.

We have played here 8 times since December. A 10 hole par 3 in excellent condition, green are in very good condition. Can also be played as a regulation length 6 hole course. 4 people including 3 relative beginners can finish a round in a couple hours. Nice natural environment, no houses encroaching on the course. All equipment is well maintained. Dean at the desk is most pleasant and informative. A great value on golfnow hot deals.

The greens were in great shape and big - we went around the course in 1.5 hours - the cost was great - good to practice with the irons - I could see were the play could be slow if a lot of people were on the course - with the par 3's and Par 4 and par 5 holes combined in one hole - a good course for someone starting out golfing. I have never seen a course like this before. This is a 10 hole par 3 or a 6 hole regulation course. For the price we paid, ($8 for golf and cart), this was a good deal.

Fun course to play. Course is a par 3 and short 4 with differen t tee boxes.

If you play par 3 courses this is the best value in the area.

Origins golf course is always well maintained.
The greens are fun and there were few if any dead spots.
The par threes are great for practicing your short game as well.
