course was amazing. electric carts with video gps displays. interactive screen with fly over's and really detailed yardages.

I've played here five times and 3 have been absolutely horrible. Never again.

The course is excellent with cool bunkering and faster greens. The greens get a bit chewed up by lazy spike marks but the course conditions are excellent. Be prepared in the afternoon to move at a snails pace because the locals from the Active Adult community will stack up the course.

This course was recommended to me so I searched it and instantly couldn't wait to play now that I did can't way to go back. In short its the best facility I've seen. Hopefully it doesn't draw too Mich attention to be overrun by hacks.

This is always a great course with slick greens. Some of the greens were a little worn out but that could be the weather and the time of year. Day was cool (low 50's) with high winds so felt colder but still a fun round. Price wasn't spectacular but this course can support a mid $50 price most of the time.

Bowes is always unlimited golf but we found out it is not if you use golf now. It is only for 18 and they want to charge an extra 15 to keep playing. We did not save 15 by using golf now so it was a bad deal.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Complimentary range balls...thank you very much. Great course design. Excellent conditions. Greens were a little beat up, but still rolled smooth. Very subtle breaks. Deep bunkers with tall grass around them which can catch your ball pretty easy. I drove 50 minutes to play here but it only took me 3 hours to play 18, so I actually saved time.

My friends and I were big fans of the member for a day deal. Unfortunately, Bowes changed their Golf Now reservations to non-member for a day. They changed this policy in September, a very odd point in the season to make this kind of a change.

While the replays are only $15, the mid-season change disappoints. It's a long hike to Bowes Creek and there are other choices. Hopefully management does not continue to spring surprises on guests.

Blown away. $55 is an absolute steal. If this was close to Chicago it'd be $125 or more. Pristine condition, super challenging, killer layout. Great elevation changes and undulations make every shot challenging. Will be going back for sure.

Best course I have played so far in the Chicagoland area. Great elevation changes. Picturesque holes. Has plenty of difficulty and the greens were just about healed up from being punched and rolled true. Oh and the bunkers, some are deep enough to scare any golfer! If you can get a deal on golf now it's a great value.

First time I played the course and it won't be the last. This was a very pleasant surprise. It was challenging and scenic. The GPS system was the best I've used.
I'll be visiting Bowes Creek a lot in the future.

Facility is very well kept, staff is very courteous, and excellent attitude. I play this coarse few times a year and my experience is always been great.

great value on golfNow. Greens were still affected by Aeration from last week. They will charge you $15 for replay.

A very nice course but when you have to play a 5 hour round with the greens have holes all over the place and they still charge you full price it hard to come back.

This is one of the top courses in Chicaoland areas. My only complaint was that Golfnow didn't mention the greens were aerated when I booked it. I would not have played for $55 if I had known .

Course was in excellent condition. Fairways well kept, very few divots. Greens did not have a lot of ball marks. Staff was beyond friendly! Unlimited golf on Labor Day - very few people on course. We took advantage of the free range as well. Only complaint is that there were not any ball washers at front tees - only backs.

could not find a better place to spend a friday. The entire facility, and staff are the way every course should be run.

Bowes Creek is always a fun play if you can book a Hot Deal. Otherwise it's expensive but you do get free range balls and all you can play provided you elect to pay full freight. Great facilities - grass practice range and chipping area and since opening I've always found this course to be well maintained and in excellent shape. We had a very nice 4 hour mid-afternoon round and although we played in four hours the group behind us actually "pressed us" to play even quicker which was pretty disconcerting.
Pet peeve - the beverage prices are pretty expensive in comparison to most other courses.....4.5 stars but giving it 4 stars because it's not quite 5 stars all because of cost.
