Continental Country Club

This golf course has made major improvements. Our group was greeted courteously. We were very pleased with course conditions and pace of play. The new cart paths are a nice feature. Having played most other courses in the area,Continental conditions are equal to and better than some. It is good golf value and a fair test for all skill levels. We will return in the near future..

Played early so there was plenty of dew still on the course to be expected. Pace of play was average. Overall, I felt the course was in pretty good condition. Some of the greens were rough, sandy.

A foursome in front of me that was slow, slow, slow.

Another single joined me at #6. We were waiting on the tee waiting for them to tee of on each of the remaining holes. It's amazing that these old geezers (I;m one myself) haven't yet learned golf courtesy. The irony of the situation is that we could see them hurrying and that clearly did not help their game.

Great rates, nice course, good food and bar. Friendly staff and patrons.

Had a threesome of elderly ladies behind us that were rude and complained to staff because they had to wait behind us. We were waiting on the group ahead of use and could not tee off but staff confronted us because of the complaint. My son and I had planned to make that our weekly course but we now will have to find somewhere else. We won’t be back.

The course was busy and I don't know why. Fairways and tee boxes were either weeds or dirt. The greens were very SLOW with a few bad spots that were sanded.

We were first to tee off. Pace of play was obviously very good. Tee boxes, Fairways and greens were all in very rough shape. I use yo call this my hone course but until things change there, I will be looking elsewhere to play.

Overall it was good for the price but it was in rough shape. The greens weren't to bad but the fairways were a mess. They didn't want you driving on them because they were seeding, they were terrible. I almost sometimes would rather my ball go in the rough.. The pace of play was great and I like the layout, but they have to get the fairways under control and it would be a pretty decent course.

For $12.50 for 9 holes, the expectations were not high. However, the course (back nine) was atrocious! No grass in the fairways, lots of sand in the fairways, greens were recently aerated (which is fine), but the overall conditions were the worst experienced in decades!

The greens had recently been aerated and there was a fairly heavy spread of sand on the greens making "reading" the greens impossible. That's all OK if we were told about this BEFORE the round. But we only discovered this once we were playing. Not good.

I have played this course many times over the past few years. Unfortunately the conditions of this course are in swift decline. There is very little grass on the fairways and the greens are abysmal. I used to enjoy this course but not so much anymore. I'd advise you to play elsewhere if you want a decent experience.

My husband and I booked this course with the view to playing eighteen holes. When we checked in we were told only nine holes open but we were still charged $16 each. If we had called the club directly we would have only paid the nine hole rate. This is not good enough, Golf Now should not charge for eighteen holes when on nine are open and should monitor any alterations to the course and tell people in advance.

I would like a refund for this overcharge from you at your earliest convenience!

Only back 9 was open. You did not know this till you arrived.. Had to play it twice and they were not prepared for people who purchased 18 holes.

Fairways and rough need some work. Get some grass seed out to help remove dirt patches. I will not recommend this course to anyone who doesn't live in that community. Greens did roll good.
